“good central location”

good central location of gatlingburg and pigeon forge. staff very friendly. this hotel had very good indoor pool and hot tub for winter months. also for warmer months have a lot to do; outdoor pool, and splash area, minature golf. within 10 minutes give or take according to traffic of ripley's aquarium etc. this hotel had very nice landscaping ,vey country setting. also had a very good breakfast, rercommend this hotel and will be going back.

“Would reccommend anyone going to the Smokies to stay here!”

Hotel was one of the nicer looking hotels in Gatlinburg. Was a good location, easy to find with plenty of parking. Room was very clean, had plenty of room. Bed was great. My fiance slept so good that I had a hard time getting her out of bed in the morning. We actually got up early enough for breakfast once, and it was very good. Much better than other hotels I've been to. Would have liked to eat breakfast more often. We liked the hotel so much we decided to stay an extra night. If I ever talk to anyone who is planning a trip to the Smokies, I would recommend they stay in this hotel. Only downside...There was no wireless internet. Only 1 wired connection in the room. My fiance and I both had laptops, so thankfully we could also hook up phones up to the computer for internet. But when uploading photos from the day to Facebook, I had to make sure I was on the wired connection for better speed.

“Great place to bring young children”

The out door water slide, wadding pool and indoor pool were great faciltiies for the children. They would have stayed in them all day if given the choice. The continental breakfast was well stocked and a good substitute to visiting a local restaurant. Enjoyed receiving a daily newspaper delivered to the door. All counter employees were extremely helpful and kind. Close and convenient to all area attractions. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Can't wait to go back.

“Very comfortable sleeping”

After a long day of shopping, walking and hiking, it was nice to come back to a beautiful hotel and a surprisingly comfortable bed. For those who don't care to walk down to the main strip of Gatlinburg, it was nice to see a trolley pick up station outside of the hotel. The continental breakfast offered some hot food items which is nice compared to the usual cereal, bagels and cold food items. Even my 1 year old nephew could eat the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Location, Location, Location”

The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of Gatlinburg right after Pigeon Forge. You can drive in the direction of either town and arrive within minutes to local area attractions and/or restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Ripley's Davy Crockett Miniature Golf.

“Nice place, good price”

We arrived at the hotel after driving through alot of snow. The four hour trip became eight hours, bringing us to the hotel at 3 a.m. There was a detour on our way and even at that time of morning, we were able to call the front desk to help us get there. Once we arrived, check in was easy and pleasant, room was clean and efficient. Check out was noon which was great. The breakfast was great. All in all, for the time we were there, it was a very nice place. It was just an overnite stay (actually 9 hours) so we didn't have time to explore all the amenities available.

This was exactly what a hotel experience should be: enjoyable. You won't go wrong by staying here. The room was spotless. The hotel staff are professional and courteous. The indoor pool was clean and refreshing. Access to the national park was convenient.

“Nice hotel, but a little far from town”

The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and had good service. It is next door to a good pancake house and a really fun mini golf course. We didn't use the pool, but it had a water slide that I think kids would enjoy.
