“Seasoned traveler....this is better than 4 star!”

We typically stay in 3.5-4 star places and travel about once a month. However, we'd passed this one, as it's a stones throw from Bass Pro and Chop House. Expected it to be pricier than it was...and we would have paid more, gladly. The room, hallways, bathrooms, pools were all spotless. Breakfast was great. Outdoor hot tub was very private and backs to the treeline. In the past, we've ended up staying in Knoxville at the Crown Plaza and driving in, as it seems all of the places in Gatlinburg are have just been worn out. With so many groups that come in there, we've always felt the rooms just seem overused...and dirty. This was a very pleasant surprise. Plus, when you leave, you're less than 30 secs onto the interstate. We'll be staying here every time. Best of both worlds- a quick shot to Dollywood, yet out of the cornyness/ congestion of much of Gatlinburg. Best value by far! Justin

“One of the best hotels in Sevier County...”

Highly Recommend!! Let me say I have 50 positive things to outweigh the one negative. One neg - if you go to bed early ask not to be placed around the hottub. It's open 24 hrs (I think is great!) But I felt bad for the ones in bed above us in the rooms.

“Enjoyed our stay!”

My husband and I were very, very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We loved the fact that it was clean and modern. The rate was good for the weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a little small, but we got lucky and no one else was in it. The hotel is next to Bass Pro Shop and about 15 - 20 minutes out of Pigeon Forge, so we thought that was nice. We will most definitely stay here again!!

“Excellent Hotel”

This was a very clean, newer hotel with plush room accomodations, a plentiful morning breakfast, free newspaper and well-trained and knowledgable service staff. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel at a low price.

“Great hotel when you're on the road and on the go.”

The first impression of the hotel is lovely. The lobby is eautifully decorated , colorful and cheerful, and the front desk staff was amazing. They were all so nice and went out of their way to accomodate our big group. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and overall the room was perfect for our needs. It's a perfect hotel when you're stopping for a night on the road, or for our purposes as well. We were there for a big group event and we had to be up and out early. The breakfast at the hotel was perfect for our kids.

“Stupendous!”

This was a great stay! We were greeted by a nice gentleman that got us checked in very quickly. Our room was perfect, the bed so comfy! The pool and hot tub was just below our window (we didn't have time to use either) but looked wonderful. The breakfast was awesome. We made waffles and toasted bagels for ourselves. There was juice, milk, coffee, muffins, toast sandwiches, cereal. Just about anything you wanted. We ate and run, we were heading to Bristol for the race. It shares the parking lot with Bass Pro which my husband loved (but we didn't have time for him to go...lol). I will stay here again! 2.5 stars guess I haven't stayed anywhere very nice if this is only 2.5 stars, the others must have been dumps!

“Great hotel!”

This place is a great place to stay when visiting the Pigeon Forge area. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and very close to I-40, but it's a bit of a trek to get to the main Pigeon Forge strip (Dollywood, etc), so planning for a full day out is a good idea. This is an excellent find that I will recommend to all my friends visiting the area.

“Great hotel”

This is a great location and great facility. It is close enough to Pigeon Forge and yet not in the traffic. My husband loves it because it is next to Bass Pro!! This is the second time we have stayed and will definetly stay again.
