“Great one night stay”

I stayed at this hotel for one night while I was passing through the area. The outside of the hotel and the office were not that impressive, but the room was very nice and the staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

The rugs are old&need cleaning but other than that we loved our stay at family inns of america east!Its an excellent hotel especially if your on a budget!Its near everything and very close to dollywood.we liked the outside pool but if you stay at any family inns of america's hotels you can use any of the pools.we really enjoyed the inside heated pool at family inns of american at twin which is down the road on the same side of road.we also liked that the pools were open 24hr a day.The hotel property manager Stacie is very nice & willing to bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay! Also tina who cleans the rooms is an absolute joy! Also dont forget this hotel is pet friendly and the rooms do not smell like pets!We stayed on first level where the rooms are decorated in a western theme.These are the best rooms. The other rooms are fine just older in everyway.

“Happy again!”

On this trip we choose a busy weekend and had to settle with an older but well kept and clean room. We enjoyed our stay once again and on the last night bumped up to a hot tub room. The hot tub was a smaller one but fit my husband & I fine. We especially enjoyed the open ceiling above the tub! The sky veiw while relaxing was great! Thanks Stacie for a wonderful stay, we will be back in a few weeks!

the hotel was very clean ,and the maids were very friendly and helpful. The location was great close to everything i wanted to go to. The only thing i can say that was bad is they did not have any plug ins at the sink for my hair dryer and straightener everything else was great

“GOOD FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY”

i stayed for one night and ants coverd my sink that night. i was lying in the bed and felt an ant crawl on me. The room was clean and the small refridgerator worked really good. The location was great becauseit was right in middle of everything. If your planning on stying out and shopping all day and just coming back to sleep, then this would be a great placeto stay.

“Not impressed”

The toilet was messed up and there were ants in the room. There were also spiders and webs everywhere. The pool was pure chlorine, and the location of the motel was a long walk from any good attractions on the strip in Pigeon Forge. I wold not go back to this motel.

“Dirty and Outdated”

This hotel had boarded up windows was filthy and mold in the shower the curtain was not attached to the wall the careting was coming up and these were the good things.

“Bedbugs!”

BEDBUGS! I'm 48 years old and after spending hundreds of nights in motels for business/personal, I got "ate up" by bed bugs after staying in this motel! I didn't even know what it was until I researched the net....now I'm almost sick to my stomach. Man will I be more picky when choosing a motel from now on!
