I was booked this hotel by mistake and after looking up reviews online there was no way I way staying here I called back and was told I would be put in a much nicer hotel. (Grand resort hotel) The hotel I was moved to was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen, Our room was filthy i was afraid to step on the floor the bed clothes were soiled. I had to go down to the front desk to get clean sheets. No one offered to clean the room. The staff were not freindly or helpful. The ice machines did not work. There was no way I was swimming in the pool or eating at the resteraunt. I would not recomend anyone stay in either of these hotels or any related to them.

The hotel was very run down. There was no pool as stated in the reservation. The beds was very hard and the room had mole in it. The hotel clerk was very hateful when asked if we could change location. There was no continental breakfast as stated. It was a very bad location was not near any of the sities of interest. Would not suggest this hotel to any of my friends or family. It needs alots of work .

There were ants all over the bathroom sink and the floor beside the night stand. I laid a candy bar on the dress and it was covered in ants the following morning. The air conditioner was from the 1800's and was missing the face plate. It froze over by morning. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator, but there was only one single outlet in the room. We only stayed here because we weren't 21 and was having a hard time finding a hotel who would let us check-in. Take our advice and "Stay Home!"
