Four Seasons, fall 2013Posted Nov 26, 2013
Four Seasons Motor Lodge Where to start? It was to be a non-smoking room. The odor told otherwise as did the burn holes in the bedding and in the carpet. There were no curtains at the window; only broken blinds that would not stay closed. The refrigerator froze our sodas. I tried to set it warmer but the knob was broken off. I tried to make coffee, only to discover that the switch on the coffee maker was broken; would not turn on. There was mildew in the bathtub and the sliding shower doors needed to be pulled on with both hands to make then slide. And the final straw was waking up Saturday morning and having no hot water! I have traveled extensively for the past 50 years, both in the states and abroad, for business and pleasure. This was by far, the worst place I have ever stayed. It should be condemned

Great locationPosted Nov 11, 2013
Location: Location was prefect. You can walk to anything.
The hotel is right on the strip. You can walk to everything. It's on the older side, but clean. There was stains all over the carpet and the tub looked dirty. Other than that, it was good.

Terrible customer relationsPosted Nov 9, 2013
Turn the water on instant yellow. Turn shower water on instant yellow water. Contact front office and the woman was very very rude (Lisa). Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very outdated

Nice Hotel in convenient locationPosted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: I loved the location and the patio area
Cons: The elevators were a little unfinished looking, and smelled a little bit.
Location: It is directly in the middle of Gatlinburg, so you can walk to all the attractions easily, and there are restaurants from fast food to expensive.
This hotel is definitely older, not a luxury hotel, but the staff is very pleasant, and the location is fantastic! It has a patio area in front with a stone wall around it that is perfect for watching people and activities while you are recuperating from all the walking. It is almost directly across from the Sky Lift, right in the middle of everything. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an economical, pleasant place to stay.

RUN FAST!!Posted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff are not friendly or helpful. We did not get the room type we asked for. Carpet was stained and bed were very uncomfortable. Small box tv's. Property was dirty. Pool was nice, but super dark and anyone can swim there because there's no key card needed to get in. They let anyone park there so at night we had to wait 3 hours to park at our hotel. We were told a tow truck was coming to move people. It never came. We were told if we parked where it was not a spot we would be towed!! Worse experience ever!! Yeah you're close to everything but its not worth it at this hotel!!

No microwave in roomPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: Location was good their 5 days and 4 nights only moved my car one day. Good location.
Cons: Add a microwave to rooms. If you have leftover you have to leave it in restaurant no where to warm food in room.
Location: Good location close to plenty of things to do.
No microwave in the room. No breakfast offered. And did not have a good view from the balcony. While sitting on balcony you are looking at the back of a building. The lock on the sliding door got stuck could not lock it. Had to put chairs down to stop the door from sliding. Beds was not made up correct look like they just pulled the cover up on the bed. Inside pool area smelled musty. Will not stay their again
