“Very Impressed”

I was very impressed with this hotel/condo. The room was very clean and the overall look of the condo was great. Only drawback was the pool. It was small and did not look very appealing, but the good thing was it is indoors. We were so busy seeing sights the pool was not a setback for us. Don't forget this is more of a condo facility. There is no daily room service, which I truly did not mind. Also, it is a little bit of a walk to the main strip downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

“Great place to stay”

We loved the home like comfort of this hotel. Very spacious and comfy. It had everything we needed and was very quiet. Plenty of parking and close enough to walk to sites. The pool was small but not many people seemed to use it so we kind of had it to ourselves. I loved the wooded setting right at our doorstep. Definetly will return.

“Felt like home”

Loved the wooded setting in the back of the hotel. The kitchen was great, we saved some money by fixing some meals and it also allowed us to relax while we ate. The 2 separate bedrooms with their own baths felt more like home, giving a lot more privacy than a hotel room with 2 beds. We would definitely tell anyone planning to go to Gatlinburg to check it out.

“Great Place To Stay”

The room was nice and clean. It is so much better than a hotel room. And you can cook in the kitchen instead of eating out every day. Our family had a great time. The back of the woods faces the woods which is very pretty at sunrise & sunset. You will also see wildlife. Which was very cool. I will stay there again when we go back to Gatlinburg.

“Great view and upclose with nature”

We stayed at Gatlinburg Towers and had an awesome time. The only down fall about the Condo was the pool- it was rather small, but it turned out that we didn't have any pool time anyway for all the sight seeing we did. The Condo is a little way from the main strip but the walk wasn't too bad and it was good exercise. All-in-all we would stay there again. Each morning we were woke up to an amazing view and each night we went to sleep with an amazing view. Bears will come up fairly close to the Condo along with Deer and other wild life. Although the Condo Mgmt. asked that you not feed the wild life several people that were above us on the next floor were throwing bread down to the ground. Dangerous- so I wouldn't do that. We all enjoyed our trip.

“It worked for us”

This is not a conventional hotel with round the clock staff; however, it was a great value. We had three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The room was tastefully decorated and relatively clean. We had an amazing view from our balcony and were quite close to the main street, but far enough away that it was quiet. The pool waas small, but adequate. Perfect place for a busy family eager to take in all that Gatlinburg has to offer. Not the right choice for someone wanting to hang out at the hotel the entire trip.

“A pleasant stay”

I thought our stay was nice. It was within walking distance of the "main" strip. For the price it fit within our family budget. The kids liked the indoor pool which was kept very nice. Staff was helpful and courteous. We had a two bedroom. Bathrooms were in each bedroom. So there was no "community bathroom" This made for a lot of traffic coming through, but again for price and location, I tolerated it. Everything in the condo worked, and there was a nice gas fireplace.

“not a 4 star but it was a good deal”

While this is not a 4 satr Resort it was a good deal and the unit we stayed in was clean and every thing worked properly. I would use them again.

“Good Hotel for the value”

The condo was perfect for us. The room was clean and far enough from downtown to be quiet but still an easy walk to downtown. If I go back, I would stay here again.

“Nice hotel poor service”

Gatlinburg Towers condos were clean,bigger than I expected and very nice. It had a nice location only about 1/2 mile from the aquarium. The service however was very poor.
