“The best place I've ever stayed...”

We stayed in a one bedroom condo unit the week of Memorial Day 2007. This unit was awesome. It had a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove/microwave, sink w/disposal, and a dishwasher. The kitchen came equipped with all dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. The washer/dryer really was really nice to have, as housekeeping services are only available for an additional fee. The unit had a dining area with dining table. The living room had a sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, a gas log fireplace, tv, and access to the balcony. The bathroom was spacious...and the bedroom included a whirlpool bathtub. Overall this unit was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and much more than I expected.

“Would stay here again”

The place was just great. Would go again. Wish the hot tub would have been in working order.

“Can't Wait to Go Back”

This was our first time staying in Gatlinburg, normally we stay in Pigeon Forge. We went for a 2-night getaway. When we got to our room, we were very pleasantly surprised. First of all, we loved the location - we walked easily to all the attractions. Also we loved the amenities, especially the hot tub. The room was in excellent shape and had very nice furniture. The kids were very happy in their "own" room. Overall, we loved Gatlinburg Town Square and definitely plan on staying there again.

“Outstanding”

This condo provides large, extremely well equipped condo units. There are activities for guests every day and the location can't be beat. There was no need for us to take our car for days we explored Gatlinburg. Would go back at a moments notice. By going through Expedia we understand that we got a better unit than going through a condo rental company.

“Very good for the price we got”

We stayed on Sun through Fri. I heard from other guests this is a time share hotel. I spoke with time share owner at indoor pool saying they update rooms almost every year. The Town Square sections (phase I/II/III) are updated and very clean. We stayed in a 2br condo unit (402) on south side of complex looking up the Historic Nature trail street (very decent view). Really the only bad thing was the towels smelled old.

“Great Location”

Gatlinburg Town Square in conveniently located about three blocks up the hill from light 8. A very short walk to all the activities on the main strip. Registration is one block further up the hill although this is not an issue. Our only problem was a shower that would not turn off and a slow drain in the bathroom. After notifying the front desk it was fixed immediately. My only regret is that we only stayed two nights. We were in room 115B (a one bedroom suite). It has everything from a gas log fireplace to a washer and dryer in the kitchen. If the larger units are as comfortable as ours, this is a great place for families. Two thumbs up for this establishment.

This trip was a blast, Rooms were great everyone was so nice. Well worth the wait for these rooms will do it again.

“Great Experience!”

The condo we stayed in was very conveniently located to the Gatlinburg Convention Ctr where our daughter was dancing in the Nationals Competition. The room was very clean and spacious. We were on the 1st floor near the grilling area which we utilized. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly when we checked in, however, we placed a call and the technician responded promptly and the problem solved. We had a two bedroom both which had large jacuzzi tubs. The master Bathroom was very spacious and the kitchen included a washer and dryer. We'd definitely stay here on our next trip to Gatlinburg.

“Wonderful time!”

This is a time-share in Gatlinburg that rents out rooms to the general public when it isn't full. We have stayed there twice and it is a nice experience. All rooms have private balconies which was very peaceful in the evenings. The kids loved the choice of indoor or outdoor pools. The staff was very willing to do help us in any way. I wholly recommend this hotel if visiting Gatlinburg.

“We really can't wait to go back.”

The condo's we stayed in were really nice. We enjoyed the activites that were there (swimming pools, hot tubs & basketball). It was really close to the Gatlinburg strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Anything we needed was only a phone call away. This should be a 5 star resort!!! We will return.
