Pros: See pros listed above.
Cons: See cons listed above.
Pros - Clean accommodations. Stocked with all the necessities. Comfortable sofa and bed (see cons). Within walking distance to the strip. Cons - The TV is no bigger than a wide screen computer monitor. The bed was listed as a queen but was only a full/double.

Ok experiencePosted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: It was clean and well kept
Cons: Need to serve breakfast.
Location: No restaurants close. Nothing to do on the street that the motel is on. will not stay here again.
I was rather disappointed that my room was up the hill not at the main hotel. They didn't tell me that when I booked. No breakfast. Can't believe they don't offer breakfast at the rates they charge.

Nice property, good locationPosted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: location kitchen pool
We enjoyed staying at the Town Square! It was in walking distance to the main street but far enough away to be quiet. The rooms have well equipped kitchens which is a big plus if you don't want to eat out every meal. The indoor pool was very very warm! Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again, next time I would get a room with a balcony.

A short stay in GatlinburgPosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Although the room was small, it had a refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner cooktop and a gas fireplace. The bed and pillows were very good!
Cons: The check-in is not at the motel office, it's up the road a block at a smaller office. No breakfast. At 4:30 every day dumpsters emptied! BAM! BOOM!
Location: You will be .4 mile from the main drag. (Parkway) Everything is there. Shopping, Dining, Cable-Tram to Ober Gatlinburg is great! So is the Aqurium!
We stayed 3 nights, checking in on a Thursday late afternoon, and out on Sunday morning.

Great resort but the room had a bit of dust in it but that wasn't a big deal for us at all.

Good location and did the trickPosted Oct 10, 2014
Pros: location; ease
Cons: There are different elevators that go to different parts of the property and we often took the wrong elevator and had to re-route and start over
Location: About a 7-minute walk down to the heart of the strip; beautiful view
In walking distance to everything; we stayed in small studio; this is a timeshare and hotel; outdoor activities like basketball and ping pong for the kids; no restaurants or anything on premises-- kind of like a little apartment while staying in Gatlinburg. Good.

Loved the one bedroom apartmentPosted Oct 1, 2014
The room was beautiful and had everything you could need. Close to town, we walked. The whole motel/condos was beautiful. Definitely staying there from now on.

Gatlinburg TripPosted Mar 1, 2010
The only dissappointment was that they did not supply soaps or shampoos in the bathrooms. Everything else was as usual, very nice.

Great SuitePosted Aug 27, 2009
We loved the suite. Fantastic bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 children (ages 9,7,6, and 5 mos) Would like to see complimentary baby cribs instead of a charge. Indoor pool was only so-so. Very stuffy. Nice walk to Gatlinburg attractions but far back enough to be quiet.
