“mystay”

Split layout of room is very convenient with family. The location of this hotel is also convenient to many family friendly spots. I stayed at this hotel several times and it is still one of my best places to stay around smokie Mt area.

“Will be back.”

When we pulled up to the front door we were amazed at the pleasantness of the building and the front desk people. Very friendly and nice. Will recommend the Governors Inn for anyone to stay. Very pleased with our stay. Will go back. The most interesting thing also was there were 2 other families from where we live staying at the hotel also.

“Great play to stay!”

This hotel seems to be brand new (so brand new that the road it is on was not in our GPS and so we had some trouble finding it!) and the room was very clean and comfortable. Actually it was two rooms - separated by a small kitchen. It was quite a deal for the money! I had two complaints: 1) we called the hotel all day hoping to get directions and no one answered and 2) there was no Internet access in the rooms. The lack of Internet access (either hard-wired or wifi) really surprised me since it is such a new place. There is wifi in the front lobby, but you have to have your own computer (I was surprised that they didn't even have a computer for public use). The location is great - just slightly outside all of the commercial madness.

“Great stay!”

This hotel is right next to the Nascar Speedpark, and Governor's crossing, and the Tanger outlets. The hotel had nice sized rooms, with beds in separate rooms. The fridge was nice to have in the room. There was a free breakfast which was helpful, and actually pretty good. The outside pool was small, but was nice as well as the hot tub. We got a great deal for the price we paid!

“Good Value in Sevierville”

This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in when visiting the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were clean. Loved the split queen arrangement of the rooms.

“LOVED OUR STAY!!!! COMFY & CLEAN!!!”

This hotel was wonderful!!! Upon arrival check in was fast & the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in in a hotel, we felt like we were home! The rooms were large (we had a queen split) and the tvs were big enough, and the remotes worked fine! The pillows were great also. Room service came everyday and brough fresh towels, shampoos and soaps. They were very fast and very nice. We never saw any bugs or anything gross in the rooms. The pool was very well kept and was clean and clear. Parking was excellent with plenty of extra spaces. Unfortunatley we didn't get to try to breakfast, there were a ton of people down there every morning! But it looked like delicous waffles (from what I could see in passing). I was very pleased and we will for sure being staying there again!

“Good place to stay for Dollywood access”

Room was great for price and convenience. Liked the concept of the split room. It allowed our kids their own area.
