“Will stay here again.”

The lobby is comfortable and very modern in decor. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and they had the triditional chocolate chip cookies that all the Hamption Inns have. The hall was bright and clean with great decor. The bed in our room was WONDERFUL! We have a very comfortable bed at home so we are usually not comfortable at hotels, but this bed was great. The room and bath room was very clean. They had a great selection of tolitries just incase we forgot anything. We will definatly stay there again.

“good, quiet place”

This Hampton Hotel was very quiet even though it was next to the baseball stadium. There were games, and our room faced the park, but it was peaceful in the room. In fact, we enjoyed seeing some of the game from our room. And we went to one game. We highly recommend going. Good baseball and fun in a nice stadium. The room is large and well maintained. The bathroom is huge and modern. The breakfast was good and adequate, though we have had some with more hot choices. Still nice. The only disappointment was that the outdoor pool was not in operation due to a some problem. That is why I gave 4 stars on maintenance of the hotel. But the rest of the building and room were in great condition. A little far from Gatlinburg and the national park, but still doable and the area does not feel mobbed with tourists (which we were).

“More than I had asked for!!!”

Upon our late arrival, we were extremely pleased to find that my reservation requests were respected... Friendly and resourceful, I found the attending staff and our room more than met our expectations... the beds were clean and comfortable and the room itself, very clean. My family had a very peaceful sleep and woke the next two mornings to a varied, and delicious breakfast. Apart from the "norm", a mix of fruits and vegetables, muffins, and an ample supply of the southern eggs, sausage, biscuits, and on the second day, an egg/diced ham/and cheese casserole, met all the desires of my family and other guests. Carl, our host, truly loves his profession, and greets all with a smile and warm conversations. If for any other reason, I recommend all to stay and enjoy!!

“Under-rated”

My wife and I regularly stay at 4+ star hotels and am surprised this hotel is only 2.5 stars. Sure, it does not have a restaurant, room service or a breath-taking lobby, but otherwise is excellent. Rooms are large - nearly 400 sq. ft. for a standard room - and are updated and comfortable. The service is good and the breakfast is excellent. Did not make it to the pool, but saw others there having a good time. Also did not make it to the exercise room but do know it exists. We have stayed here four times and have always been pleased. We like to go here after a Tennessee Smokies baseball game. It is within walking distance and save on ballpark parking fees.
