“Would definitely stay here again!!”

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, and everything was perfect! Everyone at check-in was extremely helpful and nice! I would definitley recommend this place!

“Comfortable hotel room”

beautiful, comfortable room. Complete kitchen, which was nice since we had small children and could prepare food. There was no daily maid service, which I guess I didn't understand when I booked this hotel. You were expected to wash your own towels (room did come with a washer and dryer and soap). Twice I called to the front desk and got no answer but overall staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, indoor and outdoor. Elevators are very slow, be prepared to wait, especially for checkout. Overall, great hotel, I would come back!

“will visit again”

We stayed there while visiting Gatlinburg and Dollywood for the Christmas lights and shows. We had two grandchildren with us and they loved it. Close enough to walk to shops, eateries and other activities. Friendly front desk staff, very clean beautiful decor in rooms.

“Very happy customer...”

I was pleasantly surprised with our room. It was quite spacious, comfortable, and had quite a few amenities... A VERY nice place to stay during our trip to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. The only draw back was that you could hear weird/strange water sounds in the walls. I assume it was drainage from other rooms.

“The place to stay in Gatlinburg”

We were very pleased with this place to stay. The room is like having your own studio apartment and the pool area was very nice. Will definately stay here on our next trip to Gatlinburg.

“Great weekend getaway”

This was a great place to stay! Staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. Please be aware that this is a "time share" type of hotel. You will not receive continental breakfast or room service. The hotel is in an excellent location though, with many restaurants within a short walking distance.

“Awesome Stay!”

I highly recommend this hotel. We usually stay in a chalet when vacationing in Gatlinburg, but we took our two little kids this time. The hotel is great. The people are so friendly and the room is awesome. We stayed in a villa (2 bedroom, 2 bath). It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great, too. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and all of the shops. We didn't need to worry about paying parking becauswe we just walked everywhere. I will definitely stay here again!

“Gatlinburg's Finest”

We normally stay at Bent Creek Golf resort but they were overbooked for the week, but our alternative hotel was AMAZING!!! The staff was great and very helpful, the hotel was really really nice and we had a wonderful view from our balcony and we were so close to the atttractions that we did not have to move our car unless we were traveling to Pigeon Forge.
