very clean hotel, pool facitity was very nice

Pros: the friendly hotel staff, cleaness and convient of where it was located.
Cons: The free breakfast would have been a plus
we had book another hotel and was very dis-satified and was able to get our 4 day stay here at the last moment. The rooms was very clean, and the attendants was always helpful with any of our request. This has a laundry facitity for the use of wet clothes or dirty laundry, which ever was needed to be taken care of. We would recomand this hotel to our friends and family for a great place to say.

Breakfast was over priced and very little food. Especially with small kids. And bathroom floor was not clean. Dirt had been there a while. Bathroom could have been much cleaner.

Disappointed

Pros: Close to the smokey mountains
Cons: Room cleanliness new mattresses
Location: Good location
Outside appearance motel looks nice lobby nice friendly staff but the rooms were not what I expected from a holiday inn the rooms were not very clean uncomfortable beds no free breakfast

Nice Location

Location: Plenty of entertainment, shopping, and eating nearby
The room was fine and clean. It was in a convenient location. The only complaint I have is that the room felt very humid and damp even when I turned the air down really low. Even the carpet felt damp when I walked on it with bare feet.

Rooms need major updating.

Pros: Lobby is nice and updated with a nice pool.
Cons: Bathroom needs to be updated, carpet needs updating, larger trash cans needed in rooms. Also, double beds need to be upgraded to queen size.
Location: Very convenient location to shopping, restaurants and DollyWood.
Staff was very friendly, nice lobby and pool, but rooms need major updating.

Cons: Clean
Rooms are dated, upholstery was stained as well as dirty carpet. Hallway was dirty.

Very good location, close to all attractions.

Pros: Location
Immediately asked to be transferred to another room because the first room had a leaking air conditioner, wet carpet, stained carpeting, foul odor, and very worn bathroom. The second room was much better. However, for paying full price I expected much newer and cleaner accommodations without hair in the shower. There has been some attempts of remodeling, but many of the items seemed quite old, peeling paint, worn out bathroom tubs. The maid service didn't replace cups so we were unable to make coffee in the morning. Overall, disappointed with the experience. I would expect to pay 1/2 the price for the same quality of accommodations.
