Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness of rooms.
Location: Plenty to do nearby.
No one cleans behind the furniture. We found someone else's clothes behind the nightstand. The hotel was nice on inside like in lobby area, but our room needed an update. Our room wasn't what was pictured online.

Poor experience at a name brand mountain hotel

Pros: Near sites. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Renovate big time!!!!!!!!!!
Location: Near shopping areas and sites.
Three or four patched basketball size areas in ceiling and one crack, frayed curtain, wrinkled pillow cases and bed skirts, bathroom so small that you had to close the door to get in bathtub, no complimentary breakfast which was listed on Expedia web site.

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Location was good.
Location: Close to Dollywood and GSM Park.
Convenient location close to Dollywood and GSM Park. Clean with good breakfast.

Nice & convenient

Pros: Very clean and nice.
Cons: an outdoor pool
Location: shopping, restaurants, everything you could want...
The hotel was very conveniently located in the middle of everything! Gatlinburg was not far and easily commuted. The hotel & staff were very nice and Adam was beyond excellent! Adam made our stay truly awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Fix it to be handcap asessable
Location: Just find
Toilet and chair are low which we built up so I could sleep in it. The swimming pool was wonderful, warm and asessable

Pros: The women who work in the restaurant, she was vary nice and helpful
Cons: clean the rooms and do some update's on the rooms
The room smelled very bad the bed was so worn out, it needed to be replace. For what it cost to stay here its not worth it. Could had gotten a better night sleep in my car.

I can't describe how great the staff was, I never seen such an awesome people before. The hotel facilities also in an excellent condition and the room were clean.

Stayed with our two small children. We love this hotel for its great location and it's warm indoor pool. It has a great breakfast menu and if there are enough rooms filled a really good breakfast buffet. We stay here every time we visit!

Cons: More care taken in cleaning and inspection. It looked as if the sweeper was used in big open areas but in corners, and edges there was a lot of dirt.
Carpet was badly stained. Bathroom door handle was coming off. There was no free breakfast. That's a given now days. The lobby was exceptional, but I didn't use it. It appeared that at one time this was a grand hotel, not so much anymore.
