Stayed 2 nights in pigeon forge on vacation wit children. Hotel was in a convenient location to walk around pigeon forge. Wish holiday in would go to free breakfast but value for stay was good.

Very disappointed

The lobby was nice and newly renovated but when we got off the elevator on the 4th floor ,the hallway was hot, the air conditioning was not working at all. The air conditoning in the room was not cooling properly, the carpet with stained spots ,need cleaning. The curtains were worn and torn and in the bathroom the sink was not draining properly. Very disappointed. Will not be staying there again or recommend this hotel for friends or family.

Air conditioning was set to 60 and never cooled the room off. breakfast was decent but not included, there is an extra charge. Set back from the main strip, thankfully, and quiet.

nice outside, lobby was nice

Pros: location was good about a block off main highway and some what center of parkway
Cons: internet pictures and information
booked because of pictures on internet of inside of room. the room was not as pictured nor as I expected it to be. Room also had a musty smell. I purchased the breakfast coupon on line at time of booking for the two mornings we were there. The first morning there was only one cook and only two waitresses it took 45 minuted to get our order from the menu because they did not have the buffet. The second morning they had the buffet and it was very good and all you could eat. I would suggest calling to confirm the lay out of the room

I was expecting more. The room we stayed in did not match the pictures on Expedia. The beds were hard as rocks. The air conditioner worked, but poorly. It was not a great experience.

Great hotel close to everything.

We stayed three nights. The hotel was extremely nice and clean as was our room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was your ordinary hotel room. A little outdated but extremely comfortable. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we slept great which is exactly what you need during any stay - a great nights sleep. Will definitely be back!!

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness of rooms.
Location: Plenty to do nearby.
No one cleans behind the furniture. We found someone else's clothes behind the nightstand. The hotel was nice on inside like in lobby area, but our room needed an update. Our room wasn't what was pictured online.

Poor experience at a name brand mountain hotel

Pros: Near sites. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Renovate big time!!!!!!!!!!
Location: Near shopping areas and sites.
Three or four patched basketball size areas in ceiling and one crack, frayed curtain, wrinkled pillow cases and bed skirts, bathroom so small that you had to close the door to get in bathtub, no complimentary breakfast which was listed on Expedia web site.
