“Good hotel, but needs some improvement in cleaning”

Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Black mold could be seen underneath the tub overhangs. The Sink also had black mold at the back ring of the sink.. Ceramic tile in bath needs a good cleaning.

“Wonderful View of the Smokey Mountains!”

Loved the view from the room! The hotel is clean which is very important to me. The mattresses were very hard and the first night was a very uncomfortable experience. The only chair was a hard back one which was uncomfortable. The breakfast was not great, coffee was gone, warm milk, etc.. The clerk was really nice and helpful and I appreciated that. I would stay there again probably but I would bring a memory foam pad that's for sure.

“Hotel Pigeon Forge”

I would stay at this hotel again. But, I would take my own pillows next time. A king size bed with three very thin dirty looking pillows kind of turned me off. But, overall, the stay was pleasant. The staff really was wonderful and accommodating. Very friendly. The breakfast was just so so.

“you get what you paid for”

You get what you paid for. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy. The refrigerator and microwave were nice in the room. Lights for desk and alarm clock were not pluggede in to receptacle, had to move bed out of way, to plug in.

“Good trip”

Overall good experience. Only problem was trying to communicate with cleaning staff. We tried to ask her about vending machines and all she could do was smile and nod her head. She sent us to the 3rd floor in vain.

“Poor internet connection”

The wireless only works in the lobby or rooms near the lobby, it refused to work if there are too many connections or your rooms are far away from the lobby.

“Very Good Stay-No Complaints.”

Five of us stayed two nights in a room with two full size beds. The room was clean, everything was fine. We had no complaints. The best was the price, $119.00 for a Wed. & Thursday night. We will have no problem going back again.
