“Very Clean Hotel”

Very Clean and the Staff was great. The bed was not itchy like most places I have stayed. I will stay there next time I go to the Smokey Mountains. There was always plenty of hot water and the room was very quiet.

“Very pleased”

Had a great stay and was able to extend an extra night and they kindly gave me the same rate that I had booked through expedia. I will definitely consider staying here again if I am ever in the area again. Kids loved the 2 pools. rooms were clean, nice staff. There should be more handicap parking spaces in back of hotel on the pool side.

“"Can't wait to go back"”

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful, clean, and roomy; we even had maid service during this short stay which we were not expecting. It was close to alot of things to do so we could walk and enjoy the beautiful weather and shop. The continental breakfast was good and I highly recommend this hotel and plan to visit again soon. Thanks so much to all the employees and keep up the good work.

“Love the James Manor”

Everything was clean, great location, good people. Beds were a little hard, but not bad. We will prob. stay there every time we come to town.

“great service”

I stayed at this hotel while sking at gatlinburg, very nice and freindly staff, but save your self some money and call the the hotel instead of booking here, you willl save a bunch of money. i had more family members come and they got a room next to mine for allot less than i paid.

“Everything I expected!!!”

The hotel was great. I loved having the balcony that I could sit out on during the day and at night watching the parkway. Breakfast was ok, the biscuit & gravy made it worth it. The indoor pool was a saltwater pool which was very nice and out side pool was nice too, they are both a little small but nice to have 2. The room was nice with a micro fridge and microwave. Very comfortable and housekeeping kept everything clean, We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was close to everything and there is a trolley stop right out side the front door. I enjoyed my stay and plan on returning if I go back. :)

“Good Hotel”

Always clean, stayed here many many times over the years. Its always clean and the people at the front desk are kind and helpful. the only thing I don't like is the balcony lights at night , they're too bright with no way to turn them off.
