Everything was perspective. Great location in pigeon forge. The island is behind short walking distance to all venues. Loved it

We have stayed at this hotel before. We have enyoyed each time. Hotel is located beside newest attraction " The Island ". A big plus, you can walk to it. Only wish we could have had some egg to go with the delious gravy and biscuits.

Good value, great location, shows its age in spotsPosted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Fast wi-fi Balconies Comfortable bed Indoor pool and jacuzzi Comfortable lobby area
Cons: Breakfast was a little weak TVs need replacement (old CRT w/ 4x3 ratio) Thermostatically-controlled room would be nice
It was a good stay for the money we paid. We had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. If you need multiple rooms, you might want to check out a "family suite". We didn't know about them until it was too late.

Great Hotel in the middle of everything!Posted Apr 27, 2014
Pros: The large clean rooms and its location.
Cons: More offerings at breakfast would be the perfect touch.
Location: You are near The Island, Lumberjack Feud, Comedy Barn, TGIFriday's, and much much more!
We were very pleased with our recent stay at James Manor. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was great. Upon arrival, the staff was busy cleaning the lobby and elevator area. The rooms were very clean and larger than most rooms I have stayed in at the major chains. The maid service was superior. One day I forgot my jacket and went back to my room to get it and saw the maid in the room next door to mine scrubbing and wiping down the bathroom floor. I was impressed. The only negative thing I can say (and this is very minor) is that the offering at breakfast is limited. But at the price you pay for the room, it is to be expected. Another great thing about this hotel is the location. It is in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge! We will definitely return here on future visits.

Just averagePosted Apr 22, 2014
My family stayed 4 nights April 17th-20th 2014. The hotel is ok. The outside pool was closed but you could still see the water and it was green and gross to look at!! We stayed on the 6th floor and when looking down from balcony you saw the green pool! The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to second floor to get ice. None of the doors leading into the hotel were locked even though there are signs saying (doors locked you must have key to enter). Continental breakfast was ok. I liked the fact that our room had a balcony and microwave!! I probably won't stay there again.

Nice close to the new island in pigeon forge.Posted Apr 2, 2014
Everything went well. Room was nice Liked location Only problem i was on second floor and someone above on higher floor started spitting on my vehicle parked in handicap spot. Several times and i had to go and move my vehicle. I thought this was very un called for and it made me mad and upset.

Perfect hotel locationPosted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: - Hotel is on a corner next to a stop light (no u-turns needed coming or going!) - Cleanest room ever - You can walk to many things on the strip
Cons: - The blinds on the door to the balcony are translucent so light filters in all night long (made worse since we were on the strip)
My biggest fear about lower cost hotels is that they will be dirty and run down. This hotel was in a great location for a great price but it was in very good condition. I've never seen such a clean hotel room in all my life. Seriously.
