Pets allowed

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: It was new but with allowing pets it will be run down quickly.
Cons: Not allowing pets.
I didn't know they allowed pets & expedia didn't let me know. I would never stay at a LaQuinta again. I was itching like crazy & you could hear the dogs barking loud! When we left, a dog peed in the elevator. It was horrible!

Nice hotel near attractions

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Location: Located near all Pigeon Forge attractions. Wonderworks, Hollywood wax museum and the Alpine coaster are all located nearby.
Hotel was great. Located just off the parkway and near the attractions. Hotel was modern and clean. Staff was very friendly. Hotel grounds were nicely maintained. The coffee maker in the room only makes one cup, but there was always fresh coffee in the lobby. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, but the setup looked very nice. Room was quiet, but we could hear noisy children in the hallway. Overall a very nice place to stay. I would stay here again.

Room not ready on check in

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Room not ready. Checked in at 4, an hour after check in time. Room stunk. Moldy, mildew smell. Bed hurt back. First and last laquinta stay. Oh, biscuits for breakfast, window breaking style. Hard as a rock.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. A little pricey but it's worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great Hotel! Great location!

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Clean clean clean!
Cons: Another elevator would be nice. Soundproof walls also.
Location: Great location close to many great attractions and restaurants.
My husband and I stayed two nights at La Quinta Inn & Suites. Our stay was splendid from start to finish! Ladies at desk were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean! The bed was firm but not hard, we found it very comfortable. Pillows were also comfy. Great breakfast too! We very right across the street from an awesome Mexican restaurant and a brand new seafood restaurant, Harpoon Harry's CrabHouse. Right on strip close to many attractions.
