“Laurel Inn Rocked it for Tahnksgiving”

Extremely friendly staff, great accommodations, walking distance to the main areas of town - (no snow yet) Will definately be staying their again next year!

“Great facility and great value!”

This facility was very comfortable, clean, and an extremely good value for the price that we paid. We always love staying in a condo as opposed to a hotel room! The only negative whatsoever is that the facility is approximately a half-mile off the main street of Gatlinburg. Since parking and traffic along the main street of town is somewhat problematic, most visitors prefer to be within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Whereas the walk down to the main street doesn't seem all that far, the hike back to the facility is a steep uphill climb that would be very difficult for anyone who is not in fairly robust health. That said, as long as there is someone in the party who can manage the hike back up to the facility to fetch the car there are several delightful shady areas with benches just off the main street where those who don't relish the climb can comfortably wait to be picked up and driven back to the facility.

“Will definately return”

This was the best place for us to stay since we were staying for a few days. It cut down on our food costs while in Gatlinburg because of the full kitchen in the room. Only thing I would do differently next time, is to take a few utensils to use for cooking. The kitchen did not have a spatula/ cooking spoon to stir anything with. Also, some rooms do not come equipt with hair dryers, but they have some available to use from the office.

“Just what we were looking for...”

With 2 older boys a hotel room with 2 beds would have been a hassel. This condo provided multiple rooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of room. The kitchenette was plenty to cook breakfast and make lunch for the day. The condo is a little older and the rooms did need some maintence. The poximity to the main strip was a great bonus and really added to the trip. We didn't have to spend 15 minutes coming down to town like a challet

“Very nice, and quiet.”

My husband and I went down in March 2010 for our 39th anniversary. The location was close to Gatlinburg. The condo we had was well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the balcony, my husband sat for hours reading and having his coffee. Linda at the front desk was especially helpful with directions, shows, etc. She was also very friendly. “FANTASTIC”

I would recommend Laurel Inn Condos to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area -- I read the good reviews but was still concerned if I was getting a good deal. I can assure you it is -- I stayed in unit 311. The wallpaper was peeling in places in the bathroom, and the kitchen is tiny. But both TVs worked well, the water was hot, and the bed very comfortable. If you're looking for a place to stay and want more than a hotel room, this was a fantastic value. You can walk down into Gatlinburg -- I have asthma and it was not a hard walk at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made suggestions for shopping and activities for my five year-old. I'm seriously considering vacationing here again next year, and if so, I WILL come back to the Laurel Inn Condos!!!

“Had A Great Time!!”

This hotel is well worth the few extra $$. It mad us feel like we were a home away from home. Hotel staff very friendly and its right off the main strip. Be sure to have your walking shoes because parking is expensive and a nightmare. Best bet is to park at the hotel and walk! I cant wait to go back next year!
