Pros: The location, cost, and the cleanliness.
Location: The whole Gatlinburg "strip" is a very short distance away.
Very satisfied with the location, the cleanliness of the condo, and the entire staff was friendly, especially Linda!!! I highly reccomend this facility!!

Wonderful experiencePosted Nov 12, 2013
My husband and I stayed here for a fall vacation and it was a great stay! The rooms were cozy with the fireplace and jacuzzi!! It was a home away from home. Staff met all our needs and were extra pleasant!!! We were minutes away from all the downtown action and while in our condo, the atmosphere was peaceful and the view was beautiful!!;-)

one bedroom condo at reasonable price:)Posted Oct 24, 2013
Pros: The staff was wonderful and the hotel was close to downtown Gatlinburg. We usually drove and paid to park. Walking to town was a little much.
Cons: Better lighting in the condo. Kichen could be better equipped. Landscaping outside would be nice.
Location: If you walk, there are 66 stairs on the back walk way and then up 2 more flights of stairs. It was a little tiring after walking most of the day.
We stayed at Laural Inn in Oct 2013 for 6 days. The lady who checked us in was great! Friendly and helpful in every way. The condo was clean but lights were dim. Kitchen very small and sparsly furnished, but we usually eat out so that wasn't a problem. The condo was reasonally priced for Gatlinburg.

Easy access to main attractionsPosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: I liked the kitchen...allows your trip to be cheaper when you dont have to go out for every meal.
Cons: More signs pointing to the stairwell that leads to the strip.
Location: 2 minute walk from convention center...very close walk to Bubba Gump Shrimp, Mellow Mushroom, as well as Dick's Last Resort... all great restaurants!
Easy to find. At first you think you are very far away from the main strip of Gatlinburg but with the back stairway you are a 2 minute walk from the convention center and just 2 more minutes from the main strip of shops and restaurants.

Laurel Inn CondominiumPosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Courteous staff who truly believe in their town and accommodation. Clean room - if extremely worn.
Cons: Lighting. Towels. Furnishings - awkward arrangements and uncomfortable. Cleanliness of shared facilities.
Location: Gatlinburg itself was wildly crowded - 3 lanes of bumper-to-bumper traffic for nearly 20 miles to get there and through town.
I was scheduled to stay 8 days, but left after 1 - although this is not entirely due to accommodation. The staff at Laurel Inn were very pleasant and the room was quite clean. However, the beds and the couch were all extremely soft - so nowhere I could sleep. The light in the living room was a bare bulb as part of a ceiling fan - apparently a light fixture had been broken. The light in the kitchenette didn't work. My sleep the night was I was there was disturbed by a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which I believe came from the couch - where I was trying to sleep - as the room didn't smell of smoke. The vomit in the elevator in the morning was rather the last straw for me. I don't recommend this accommodation for the price.

Great hotel. Great location.Posted Oct 7, 2013
My wife and I would like to always stay at Laurel Inn. Best staff. Building looks like it's been a few years since it was painted but inside is incredible.

Nice hotel, just a few blocks from downtown.Posted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: Close to downtown Gatlinburg.
Hotel staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and neat. We rented to rooms, a single and a 2 room suite and both were top notch. Single room was more updated that 2 room suite, with flat screen TV's and hardwood flooring. Both rooms had outdated kitchen cabinetry. Overall I rated our stay as excellent and we will definitely book the Laurel Inn on our next visit to Gatlinburg.
