“2 years in a row”

We had stayed at Laurel Point Resort twice last year, so we already knew we would enjoy our stay again. The things I was not as satisfied with this visit from our last visit was the room was arranged differently in "C" Building from "A" Building. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom were reversed, and I liked the arrangement better on our last visit. As far as "issues" with the room: There wasn't enough hot water to fill the tubs & there are no large trash cans. I will definitely return to Laurel Point and would definitely recommend it to anyone who asked.

“Smoky Mountain getaway”

Pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness. Resort seems in good upkeep (no peeling paint or major repair work needed) Decor could use some updating (flower print couch, pink/brass lamps) but a clean condo will always be more important to me. Our 2 bedroom condo in Building B had a wood burning fireplace (which we loved), bring own supply of wood or plan on paying for it there (reasonable for $2.50 a bundle). The bathroom had a Jacuzzi and the balcony overlooked Mountain Ski Road. the indoor pool looked excellent and the work out room was a nice additional touch. For the price would definitely return! Staff was also very helpful.

“'gatlinburgs best place to stay'”

laurel point was fabulous it had a sauna,spa,indoor pool,fireplace in the room and a huge jetted tub surrounded by mirrors, the rooms were large and the staff was so nice the rooms was furnished with everything that a house would need. Its on a mountain looking down over gatlinburg it had a playground for the kids exercise room for the adults even a game room with pool tables air hockey darts and pingpong too. On a scale of 0 to 5, 0 being bad n 5 being good i say it was a 10. The family loved and so did i we got to go back. And if you like downhill sking its down the road in walking distance, best of all it the price was rite. "I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE" If you book online use Expedia the r very helpful.

“Lovin' Laurel Pointe”

“Really nice visit!!!!!”

Laurel Point Resort was pleasent surprise! Yes it is an older resort, but was well maintained and very clean. There were 5 people in our party and we very comfy. Two bathrooms makes a big difference compared to a hotel. We cooked at least one meal a day in the full kitchen which saved money as well. Can't say enough good things!!! All of the staff were very pleasent and helpful. They gave us discounted tickets for every attraction that we planned to visit and even called ahead to make our reservations and provided a VIP ticket for one of the shows! My family would definately stay again at Laurel Point Resort in the future.

“If we get the same rate will go back again.”

Believe them when they say check in is at 4:00 p.m. local time. We arrived at 3:30 p.m. and our room did not "clear" until 4:05. ("clear" means that maintenace and housekeeping have both got to approve the room is ready for the new guest.) The room was perfect. It had a great view. We enjoyed our stay.

“Can't wait to go back.”

I was very impressed by this resort. after i made the reservation, i was very worried thinking that its not going to be what i wanted because the rate was so affordable. But when i get there, i was pleasantly surprise, the cleanliness of the resort, the staff were friendly, it has everything that i was looking for and it is about 2 or 3min from down town gatlinburg. My kids loved there room and the play ground. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and i can't wait to go back this summer.
