“To me it is one of the best in Piegon Froge”

It has a good location to see the sites from. There are several good restrants close by, and a abundance of other attractions surrounding it. The only negitive thing was the Continal Berakfest. Pasteries were not fresh. But everthing else was good.

we ready like the location. the roon was real clean. we where only there for a few hours we stop over night on our way home. hotel was better then expected. roon was small but a good price.

My family and I stayed at lazy bear inn for a week and it was very nice. had no problems with having the room cleaned everyday. the pool was always clean and the kids had a ball.

The hotel was very clean and everyone is so nice and friendly i would definetly recommend it to all my friends and family and we will definetly be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

“More Pros than Cons”

Pros: Great location in Pigeon Forge!!; Room was clean; Bed was big and comfy; Shower felt great; terrific "welcome bags" were given to us! Cons: Staff seemed to have trouble finding a room for us. They eventually did and told us that we were being upgraded to a suite. Then they called (a couple of times) and warned us not to go into the adjoining room or we'd be charged for that room. Bizarre. Also, the breakfast was awful.
