The carpet is filthy plus worn out. The door going into the bathroom was busted plus the bathroom door and floor was filthy on the toilet side.

The bathtub was nasty, metal bed frame would make a awful ratchet every time you moved. Ants in the bathroom and bed. My son woke up with bite marks all over him then we found the ants. Over priced room.

The lady working the front counter was extremely rude to us and others. The Mountain View room we had was dirty, stains on bedding, bath towels, floor and ceiling, the mini fridge didn’t work, the shower has mold growing up under the caulking, the shower also didn’t get hot barely warm. And the bed. Wow what a heap of crap. My body is so sore I woke up the second night with a rash all over my body.

I didn't like the staff special the reception. He had a very s***** attitude. Ask him for an extra pillow He said the hotel did not have extra pillow Also this it the first motel That I had to pay for ice the next morning i check out around 7:00am to get ready for a craft show and the office was not even open the office didn't open to 9:00 in morning What a bunch of c*** After the craft show i return to try to get a Receive and talk to someone about my deposit Also, no luck. I won't be staying at that motel

Terrible. Smoke alarm was constantly beeping when we first arrived and the manager did not know squat about dealing with it. Bed was hard, and felt like someone punching a vent every time you sat down or rolled over. Curtains did not shut all the way thus feeling like someone could peek in. AC did not work well. Only thing good was lack of bed bugs. Stay somewhere else when in Pigeon Forge

Not as advertised.
It was not as advertised. It was dated but that didn’t bother me. They told me I had to leave a deposit due to not having a card( which I didn’t know what they meant) and it was on the site I could not canceled it so I was stuck with that hotel. The carpet was dirty, bathtub faucet leak, bathroom floor could have used a good cleaning. In my opinion the only thing that would attract people is location. Again I can handle dated but not dirty. Also a deposit is not good even though I did get it back. In my opinion I paid enough when I booked it.

Room #231 had dirty walls, room had a moldy odor, refrigerator didn’t work, also tv didn’t work, traffic noise was very loud!!! Also, we requested a refund and it was charged back to our credit card , outside the room was not safe, please do a better job of researching this property, we found another place for lodging, we are highly disappointed

The pool was green and dirty.. The bed had a metal platform the made a really loud noise everytime you rolled over or set on bed. You had to pay for ice.

It is in a prime location to the center of all attractions. It is not the newest, cleanest or best option but will work for short adventurous stays. We don’t use the room much as we stay busy. It’s ok. Could use improvement.

Room was clean. All appliances (ac, micro, fridge, etc) worked as expected. New bead spread and linens were clean. Used towels were collected daily by housekeepers and new items were replaced. Convenient location in center of Pigeon Forge. All in all, it was a decent value. I wish the staff could be a little more welcoming. When I asked questions I felt like I was imposing on them

Staff was very friendly and I did have to pay a deposit but got it back upon checkout. Room was very clean but a little out dated. The beds were okay, although they did make a loud noise every time you moved. The bathroom was really small, but overall it was good for the price and I would probably stay again.

Fridge barely kept things cold, carpet looked dirty, air conditioning barely worked with broken vent cover on it, no phones in the room, no free continental breakfast, coffee pot looked like had specs of white paint on it, bed was horrible and hot water consistently ran out!
