Pros: Location
Cons: Pull out sleeper sofa was horrible, and about unuseable
Good location, good price, large restroom but pull out sofa bed was horrible and needs replaced or a better one purchased.

Cons: The elevators had a very strange smell.
Rooms were clean. Towels were stained a bit and the painters had splatter paint all over the tables and alarm clock. No microwave, that would have been nice.

Better options

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: location to convention center
Cons: everything could be improved. Furniture in the room was very worn and scratched up.
Location: convention center was right across the road. just off the main strip.
The location was perfect for the event we were attending at the convention center. However the rooms left a lot to be desired. The bed was very uncomfortable. The couch made out to a bed but the mattress was so thin. We had to take cushions off the window benches just to give extra padding. The rooms need some updating. The furniture was very worn. The price was very low in comparison to other places but you get what you pay for which was not much. There are better options in Gatlinburg.

Good location, decent hotel

Posted Jun 28, 2014
Pros: Location. You can park under the hotel so your car doesn't get so hot in the summertime.
Cons: Carpet needs a deep cleaning. A fresh coat of paint would help.
Location: Across the street from the Convention Center. Nice walk to the Aquarium. Close to several restaurants.
This hotel is in a great location. You can walk to many restaurants and the tourist sites of Gatlinburg. It is a decent place to sleep, but it needs updates and a "good spring cleaning." Of course, they don't have a pool. For a night or two, you will be okay, and it is very reasonably priced.
