Posted Jun 28, 2015
Room was dirty and so humid that bed sheets were damp during entire stay even while running the AC. Room smelled terrible. Hairs and dirt all over the bathroom

Not customer friendly at all.

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Show some respect to customers and their needs.
Location: Location is fine.
My wife and I are both handicapped and we specifically reserved a handicap accessible room through Expedia. On arrival, we were told we did not have a handicap accessible room and could not get one because Expedia didn't tell them we needed one. The attitude of the staff was very uncaring. I would never go there again.

Good location. Needs better cleaning.

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: location and price
Cons: cleanliness
Location: Gatlinburg shops and activities
There were long black hairs in the bathtub. The carpet was kind of slimey and there was something stuck to the headbord. The breakfast area was very small and minimal, could have been cleaner.

Close to town, but that is all.

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: It was close to everything, the ladies at the front desk were nice, and the water pressure in the shower was great.
Cons: The cleanliness.
Location: It was a block from everything.
The towels had stains and holes, the sheets were gross, pillow cases had stains, and the floor was gross. When we got into our room the cable did not work and the room was hot and smelled bad. The pictures did not match the room at all. The room was very small and cramped and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There is also NOT a continental breakfast, even though they advertise it (it was cereal and bread). It was, on the other hand, really close to everything in town and that was nice.

One night stay in prep for hiking Mt. LeConte.

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed, linen was higher quality.
Cons: The air conditioner was loud, waking us up everytime it turned on or off. Needs to be upgraded. Maintenance for recalking, replace lightbulbs etc.
Location: Hiking Mt. LeConte, Smokey Mtns, Gatlinburg,Dollywood.
Hotel desk clerk very efficient and accommodating. Disappointed in the run down condition of this hotel.

Small cozy room

Posted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Fix general maintenance issues and be more accommodating to guest requests.
Location: Great location right off main road.
The room was very small. The bed was however very comfortable. We addressed issues with the front desk several times during our stay. No general care was expressed. We were told they would fix them however nothing was done.

needs more maintenance and cleaning staff

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Location to downtown Gatlinburg was great.
Cons: The owner needs to have a meeting with the maintenance and cleaning crew to discuss how to improve these problems.
First room that was reserved had an ink pen stuck under the bath tub drain so the the tub would not fill up. This was done because the faucets in the tub would not turn off. Second room we were given had a doughnut between the mattresses, and toilet paper stuffed in a hole in the wall. These issues should not exist.
