Pros: the staff were friendly and that it was a pet friendly place
Cons: updating the furniture and conditions of the rooms. fix the odor issues, screens and air vents.
Location: the location was great. it was near the trolley line and close to the heart of pigeon forge.
the hotel was not that clean and had odor issues. the floor felt damp due to the humidity even though the air conditioner was on. The room felt unclean. I had to go out and buy 3 air freshers to help mask the mildew/mold smell. The hotel kept double charging me the fees for the room which caused my account to overdraft. which when I came home had to go to my bank to talk and fill out papers to get my overdrafts reversed. the hotel breakfast area is on the 3rd floor and near the elevator which made it difficult to move about during morning hours.

Hotel needs improvement

Big room, lots of space, nice welcome gift and nice breakfast each day, other than that; the bathroom (curtain I think) smelled bad. The room always had a very damp feeling to it. The carpet and bathroom floor had a sticky feeling to it, I had to always wear shoes. The room was so damp feeling that towels would not dry overnight and when you got up from the couch it felt like your clothes were damp. The pool was not as clean as it should have been. And there was a lot of noise from other guests that seemed to echo in our room.

Lots of small ants.they are having a problem but staff was great. .they had it sprayed ..my friends never had them in their rooms

Pros: Pleasant staff. Comfy bed! Spacious clean room.
Cons: Not enough towels in the room.
Would stay here again if we come back to Pigeon Forge.

Very dated!! Loud people in hallway,unfriendly!!

Not good!! Unfriendly staff, loud, uncomfortable bed, dated rooms, the maid was vacuuming the hall at 9:30am and no one "cleaned" our room so we had no clean towels or coffee the next morning. Wyndham needs to do better!!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we were impressed by the price. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but we appreciated that it was included in the stay.

We've stayed here several times as well as other hotels. We always compare every where else to Microtel. For the price it's been the overall best.

The hotel itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. What was the killer for me about this hotel was the breakfast. It was just horrific m.
