“Planning another trip back !!!”

This was my first trip to Gatlinburg and I was very impressed by all it has to offer.There are so many places to stay..we wanted a good price and to be close enough to walk everywhere We got it here....Met people who have stayed at the same place for years...staff is real nice..place is clean...can't wait to go back

Very reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff, two blocks from street with main downtown attractions, trolley stop near parking lot entrance.

This hotel was right off the main strip in downtown Gatlinburg. The owners/managers were extremely friendly & helpful, the room was clean & fresh & pretty large (although the bathroom was small). The room had a king bed, as well as a couch, and FREE WiFi. We would definitely stay there again!

Staff was super, we were running late, wads going to leave key in room with door unlocked for us to get in, then settle up in am on Sat. we got there just as she was headed to room. Still paid on Sat in am. Beds and room was clean. Only problem, shower head would fit a 4 ft 6in person. I'm 6 ft. and the tub drain was very slow. Other than that room was nice, location was perfect, only two blocks from the main drag.
