I was on vacation with my husband, and we stayed there for our first night. The vacation started terribly. We arrived at 12 pm, and we knew that check-in was at 4.30. We asked the front lady, Shirley, if we could check in, and she told us to wait. We waited for 2 hours. Four other families were checked in in front of us. Then, we asked her if the room will be ready soon, and she said that they are cleaning it. We asked for the room number, and she said nothing. We felt awful because our English was bad. It is a discrimination! Never going to stay there again. Thank you!

Nice hotel and reasonably priced. Overall a pleasant stay and would go back. Only issue was that I booked a room with two beds and it was changed apparently by booking site to a king and had to rent a roll away

I would stay there again

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: Has a good hot breakfast but it's exactly the same every day. By the 4th morning we went out and paid for breakfast so we had something different
Location: Good location. Just off main road. Close to lots of fun things to do.
Stayed for 4 nights during spring break. Too cold to swim outside but pool looked like fun. Indoor pool was always crowded. I forgot something in the the room and contacted them late the night we checked out. Called me back right away the next morning and had it ready to ship out to me.

A really nice hotel that is in walking distance to several restaurants. Nice breakfast selection and the loby has a fireplace with a sitting area overlooking woods.

WARNING very loud construction going on

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: cannot really say considering all the problems we had
Cons: again rather not comment on this
Location: we found much to do spending as little time as possible in our room
When we booked through Expedia there was no mention of the construction being done at this hotel.. When we checked in and went to our room on the 2nd floor our view was of a giant crane blocking the entire window also bugs were crawling on one of the beds. They did put us in a new room on the 6th floor which turned out to be even worse. There was jackhammering being done on the roof. All in all a miserable stay. We had a wonderful time in the area but were bummed when we needed to go back to the room. Then to top all this off a blanket we had brought from home was taken and they left a hotel blanket in its place. The housekeeping manager did come to our room with the person who cleaned the room and said no blanket was in the room. So much for even looking through the laundry. The blanket was a favorite of my grandsons and cannot be replaced. There are so many options in the area for hotels please check them out. If you are booking at Music Road ask about the construction.
