Pros: Looked good on the outside and inside.
Cons: pancakes!!!
Location: It is a little distance from the center of town but there are some good restaurants near by.
Enjoyed the stay and we had a very good quiet room.

A very pleasant place to stay.

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: It was so comfortable and clean .
Cons: Well, the cleaning lady took our towels and never returned to replace them.. I had to call the front desk and they sent someone up within an hour.
Location: We walked all around - visited the 'pond', went on the huge ferris wheel and listened to the music. we walked to the restaurants as well.
I would definitely stay here again. So clean and pleasant. I absolutely loved the downstairs entry way with the beautiful with the seating area and fireplace.

The hotel and staff were awesome. We had some unruly next door guests, but the hotel was on top of the problem

Cons: Sweep floors - especially the bathroom.
Everything was nice except I wish they would have swept the floors in the room each day.

Family Vacation for Spring Break

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Staff, breakfast buffet, outdoor pool, cleanliness, modern room, huge bathroom, fridge and microwave.
Cons: Larger indoor pool.
Location: It is in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Titanic, Wonderworks, Wax Museum, Dixie Stampede and Tangier Outlet are within 2 miles. Gatlinburg is 20 min.
The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool is great, including a slide and lazy river. Fortunately it was warm enough to use the outdoor pool, because the indoor pool is small and crowded. The breakfast buffet is perfect and well stocked. The hotel is in the heart of Pigeon Forge, but I still recommend driving to all venues. The National Park and Gatlinburg are both about a 20 minute drive.

Excellent location nice hotel

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Rooms clean and spacious. Quiet. Nice. I also liked there were lights with a dimmer switch on the wall so we could leave them on at night
Cons: Nothing
Location: Had a blast. Went to the Titanic (excellent); hot air balloon. Tomb. Everything you want is close by. Again, better than Gatlinburg (too crowded)
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at (and I am fussy about my hotels). Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom huge. Pool awesome. Wonderfully located in Piegon Forge. We almost stayed in Gatlinburg glad we didn't (wall to wall people). I highly recommend this hotel!

Best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: Great pillowtop beds!
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Location was off the main drag and was very quiet in the evening. I drove to the attractions I wanted to see.
The Music Road Inn is the best hotel I've stayed in my life. The check-in was fast and easy. The room was larger than I expected. The bathroom was separated into 2 areas: one with 2 sinks and a bench, and the other with the bathtub and toilet. My granddaughter swam in the pool for 3 afternoons and she loved it. The inside pool and the lazy river were heated, the outdoor large pool was not. Overall, a great stay and I will stay there again.
