“Loved it!!”

This hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we were glad that it was open 24 hours a day. I will stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quiet, cleanliness, and a good deal!

“A Great Place to Stay in the Smokies!”

The hotel was clean and spacious. The only thing missing was a suitcase tray. The breakfast buffet was good. Plenty to choose from and lots of seating. The pool was nice although the hot tub was a little heavy on the chlorine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definately stay again!

“Wonderful”

We loved this hotel. It was our second stay there. We live on the other side of Knoxville and go to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg often. This is our favorite hotel in the area. We will definately go back.

“GREAT VISIT”

We really enjoyed staying at the Music Road Inn. It is a very clean Hotel that has a friendly staff.The only thing that I would change is the dates of our visit.the five days that we were there was also the same days of a youth convention.Needless to say that having thousands of teenagers around will test your nerves.It was still a great trip.

“absolutely wonderful place”

This was our second year staying at this hotel. We were not disappointed. It was the same great service we got last year. Everyone in the hotel is nice. The breakfast is great too, the staff is constantly restocking to make sure that it is fresh. If I had any complaint at all it would be that the hotel bed was a little too hard. But I also realize that it is impossible to purchase beds that pleases the entire population of their guests. Overall it was an excellent stay. We will continue to stay there when we go to that area.

We had a wonderful vacation. Pools were great! Room was clean, hotel staff extremely nice, We left our hangup clothes in the closet and they mailed them to us . We could not be more satisfied with a hotel or a staff. Thanks Music Road Inn!

“Great Motel Experience”

This was one of the best overall experiences we've had with a motel! The room temperature was comfortable the whole time; it's usually very difficult to regulate the temperature in a motel room. The breakfast was extraordinary. Plenty of seating and how often do you get bisquits, gravy, bacon and scrambled eggs in a continental breakfast? The decor was lovely to be in a medium priced range motel. We were very satisfied with our 4 day stay! And yes, we would love to try it again!

the hotel was great. more than what we hoped for. it was very quiet and clean. the front desk personnel was great too.
