“Welcome Home”

Wonderfully adorable condo that was comfortable and felt more like home than most hotel rooms. The comforters and wall art was not the typical "hotel issue" and the rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming. I will seek this place out first over any other hotels/condos when in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville area.

“Great room for the price”

I thought the rooms at Oak Square were great for the price we paid! I booked rooms at the last minute and was afraid the room would be a disappointment. The room was not fancy but it was clean and quite spacious. Also, you cannot beat the location of Oak Square! There were three women traveling and we all liked the room. We did not utilize the pool or hot tub so I cannot comment on those. If we had brought children with us I'm not sure they would have enjoyed the pool but it was ideal for us becuase we didn't go to the pool!

“Great hotel with a good price”

The hotel was wonderful. When we got there they offered us an upgrade to our room to help us be more comfortable with our three children. The room had a set of bunk beds for them along with a pull out couch. The queen bed was so comfortable. We have stayed at that hotel twice and will continue to stay at that hotel everytime we are in the area. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that is staying in the Gatlinburg area.

“Great hotel Great location Great price”

This Hotel was in an excellant location, within walking distance to great resturants an attractions. The room was nice and clean and everything was in working order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is no maid service,but this was not a problem as you could exchange towels and obtain other items at the front desk when needed. We met a couple that had been staying at this hotel for the past 30 years and were very satisfied.

“Great place to stay”

Hotel is close to the strip and alot of restaurants. Not much of a view of the mountians, but enjoy my two night stay. (Will go back again)

My daughter and I loved it . The trolly was close so you could take it if you wanted, and you could walk right down town to Gatlinburg every night and enjoy the night life... The pool was clean, the room was great, and the staff was most helpful in every way... We will for sure be going back to stay again.....Thank You to all... It was a blast....

“Hotel was clean, Parking was close, Two pools, both clean,”

Just off the main parkway on the south end of Gatlinburg. Walking distance for most of the attractions. Hotel was clean, Rooms were well maintained. Several resturants in walking distance. Rooms were smoke free.

“Definitely want to stay here again”

We stayed 3 nights in a one-bedroom w/king bed. It was perfect for the two of us. The room we had (402) was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. We left our car at the hotel and walked everywhere - so convenient! There were several good restaurants within walking distance, and even a little market we stopped a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was very neat and comfotable. Clerks helpful and friendly. Located just of the main strip in Gatlinburg.

“the king bed was the best of all...looks new!!!!!!!!!!!”

love this hotel and will go back. not much hot water and the elevator broke..other than that...the place looked new..bed was great...kids loved it...walked around in Gatlinburg, very close to everything. hotel staff was wonderful(a lady and her little daughter most of the time). just loved the place overall!!
