Nice place. Great price. Great locationPosted Jul 21, 2014
We loved our stay here. We were in a 1 bedroom economy. I would have to say it was great for the price. We were so close to downtown. It was our first time in Gatlinburg and I would stay there again.

Pros: Location to the strip. We could put on our walking shoes and avoid paying for parking.
Cons: Renovations, cleanliness, management who is concerned and do not rent rooms that are not able to accommodate what it offers in the description.
Location: Best thing about the hotel.
When reserved a one bedroom with included a pull out sofa, which would have accommodated our kids. When we got to the condo the staff was friendly at check in. However, once we got to our room there were tissues, medication, earrings, and clothing tags on the floor in the bedroom and under the bed. There were cigarette burns all over the room and the floors in the bathroom. That room could really use some major updating. We discover late that night the sleeper sofa was in horrible condition. The only way to sleep on it was at a 45 degree angle to the floor at the foot, with the bar going across you back at the middle. When the office opened the next day, we went to the office to address ALL of the concerns of the room. The manager seemed unmoved by any of this only to offer he has not obtained a new cleaning crew and if we were welcome to move to a two bedroom that would be available later that day for $40 more a night. Vacations are supposed to be fun and resting so for that reason we moved to the two bedroom. It was like night and day. The decor was updated, the linens were contemporary and the kitchen had a dish washer and an apartment size fridge unlike the mini fridge and no dishwasher in the other unit. If the management has been more accommodating he could have saved the whole stay but his lackluster attitude pretty much ruined the whole stay even in the nicer room. I guess you truly get what you pay for. .

It was perfect for us. The small kitchen was just enough for us to make simple meals and save money there. Loved having a lounge chair and comfortable couch. This was a condo for price of hotel. Nice!

Terrible place to stay!Posted Apr 20, 2014
Dirty floors and walls, missing blinds, spots on mattress, sheets and mattress pad. Floor board falling off the walls. No closet just a curtian up hiding a really dirty old water heater. No microwave instead a dirty toaster oven.

I was impressed with the place. Only had trouble with the door. It wouldn't open easily. But other than that, the room itself was very nice.

Cute condo..Posted Jan 26, 2014
Great location loved that we were within walking distance to all the attractions. Had to ask for hand soap was the only thing I did not like about the condo.
