Pros: Location
Cons: Improve the appearance of the property and hire friendlier staff
Disappointing... from all aspects. The only up-side is the location.

Pros: very convenient & affordale
Cons: They need to fix the sink and tub to drain better. The pillows are a bit too thick.
Location: great location
The only down side was the sink/tub would not drain very well.

Find another place

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location to downtown Gatlinburg was great.
Cons: Close the place until renovations are complete. Use accurate photos to sell your hotel.
Location: Gatlinburg is a few minutes walk. Plenty of shopping and dining.
I booked this place based off of the pictures. The pictures are not even close to being accurate. Our room had broken tiles in the shower, the tub had standing water in it and had brown stains in it. The nasty red carpet had paint stains all over it. The beds are full size so don't expect even a queen size bed. Given all of this (and more), I spoke with the staff (very friendly) and they moved us to a king suite. This room was better, but not by much. It still had the ugly red carpet. The water in the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. The blue Jacuzzi was dated, missing parts and the wood surround was rotting and falling apart. This hotel is under construction and should be closed during renovations. The plus was the breakfast wasn't bad at all, the hotel staff was friendly and you are within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg so you won't have to find or pay for any parking. I would however, never consider staying here again.

Decent hotel really close to downtown

Pros: fireplace
Cons: Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi was not good, stayed in room 216 and couldn't keep a signal.. Perhaps a signal booster would fix the problem and the furniture is a Lil dated, fat back tv maybe they are going for the whole nostalgic look, nothing fancy but serves its purpose. Big bonus to the room I stayed in was the fireplace

Under renovation...they put us in a filthy room that didn't only had one light that worked, crumbled sheet rock on carpet, rack broken and mattresses were so worn and uncomfortable. Shouldn't be open!
