“making our stay wonderful”
everyone was so nice. and i just loved the way the house keepers had a open bible on the table. what a way to witness. we need more of that in our lifes. and everything was so clean. and the breadfast was wonderful. thanks again.

Everything is great the only thing that was not perfect was the indoor and spa the was a little cold but still swimmable but the spa was dirty

Friendly staff. Clean ,comfortable room. Great location. Pillows small and not to comfortable, but i've had worse.
“Very Nice Hotel”
Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The only thing that was a minor annoyance was they didn't have a large dining area for breakfast in the morning. I was able to seat my children, but then my husband had to stand to eat his meal every morning. Other than that this hotel was wonderful. My children thought the fireplace in the room and the large 2 person jacuzzi was awesome!!
“Great time by whole family”
The room was better than I had expected considering the price paid. We were looking for a place that we could just sleep. We had a very clean room and the staff was very hospitable. The breakfast was more than the typical continental breakfast. We have 2 small kids and they had a great time. The location was very close to Dollywood and there were lots of good restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. They already had the heat on so we walked into a very cozy room.
“FANTASTIC STAY!!!”
We just stayed one night as a short getaway with our two girls. It was FANTASTIC!!! The staff was wonderful. They had just laid new carpet in our room that afternoon. The room was extremely clean and very nice! The only "problem" was that they shared an indoor pool with Comfort Inn next door so we had to walk across the parking lot to swim if we wanted, but it was really no big deal. Very enjoyable stay!!! The beds were very comfortable too :0)
