Great location at a great value.

I chose this inn because of the close proximity to some of the attractions. Many within walking distance. It met our expectations of a clean room , comfy bed , a good TV and they also have a very good continental breakfast. Friendly staff was very helpful as well. We would stay again.

Good value for location and price

Outside appearance is lacking, but inside rooms are as updated as most mid-range priced hotels. Staff are friendly but seems to not be enough of them. Had to wait about 10 minutes before could start the check in process.

A great deal, but have realistic expectations

Cons: The flashing light below the Quality Inn sign should be turned off after a merciful hour--say, at 10 p.m.?
This hotel is so close to the Titanic Museum that you can walk to it. (This was very important to us as we went to Pigeon Forge for the museum.) At peak hours, traffic is insane in Pigeon Forge from what we could gather, and this hotel is right off Insanity Parkway. Therefore, the noise level is a factor, even at night. In addition, this is the type of hotel without hallways; one enters one's room from the outside, which adds to the noise. Also, there's a surprising amount of foot traffic that goes by one's door at night. Finally, if one's room faces the road, then be prepared for that maddening flashing light of the hotel's sign coming in, all night, around the edges of one's drapes. However, we felt safe, people were friendly, the rooms were clean as was the not-so-big pool, the refrigerator/freezer worked very well as did the AC, and there was plenty of available parking. If I visit the area again, I would look into a hotel with a waterpark-like swimming area for my kids, but this is a good hotel for the money: older and very basic but respectable.

An okay hotel to stay in pigeon forge if you aren't going to be in there that often. Hotel room was okay, sheets had some stuff on them and the bathroom floor and shower was not clean looking but we cleaned it ourselves and put down towels to step on. Beds were comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was fine for free! beggars can't be choosers! :) and the cleaners/breakfast attendant brought out more of whatever someone needed! Overall it was an okay hotel! Had a pool but we went to do other things so didn't get in!

Don't Underestimate Bed Comfort!

Posted Mar 23, 2014
Pros: Location to the Titanic Museum and the make-your-own-waffle part of the continental breakfast.
Cons: Beds! The beds are way too hard and just barely softer than sleeping on the concrete floor.
Location: Titanic Museum; Mountain Valley Vineyards; Bluff Mtn Adventures; Grand Majestic, Memories, & Smokey Mtn Theaters; Hatfield/McCoy Show; O'Charley's
The location of this hotel to the Titanic Museum (walking distance), the price, and the continental breakfast were good and I could easily recommend it to others. The room overall may have looked old but I wasn't in Pigeon Forge to stay in a pretty room. I never got the hang of the old-fashioned ac/heater unit so we were usually either hot or cold. However, and I believe the most important part of a hotel stay, the beds were extremely hard. I actually lifted the fitted sheet to see if a pad had been placed on a wooden box. An entire day can start off the wrong way if you are tired and not rested.

Nice hotel near everything and very pet friendly

Nice room with comfortable beds, very pet friendly as we had our dog and their were tons of people with theirs too. Pet rooms are on the bottom floor which makes it so easy to let pets out. Breakfast every morning was fine, had eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toasts, bagels, donuts. Same thing every day but its continental what more can you get! I enjoyed it quite fine. We were on the back side of the hotel and had a nice view of the mountains and valleys. Couldn't hear traffic too much in the back but might have heard it up front. Only two things I didn't like was that the heater was so loud that I couldn't sleep at night and that they had a lot of garbage and broken furniture and bath stuff out on their lawn out back. Would like that stuff to be thrown away, takes away from the nice beauty. Parking was fine and we always parked right near our room. We came on a weekend it was completely booked and we had no trouble. Can share with the winery next store if need be. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. We stayed four nights and had no issues with anything. Thank you!
