A shiort drive to all the attractions.

It was a pleasant experience. I would stay there again.. The staff was especially friendly and accomodating. We had a clogged toilet and the gentleman on duty came right up and cleared it. He apologized for taking so long, but I thought he was very prompt, considering that it was late at night. The pool and the breakfast area were clean and pleasant. The food was acceptable.

Very good overall.

Pros: Large rooms and very clean.
Cons: Air conditioners turn on and off throughout the night, which made it difficult to remain asleep.
Location: Good clocation - close enough to Pigeon Forge to reach the fun in a few minutes.
The service at the front desk was very good. The old air conditioners turned on and off throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Beds were not too hard, amenities were clean, and the rooms were a very nice size, which was an added bonus for the price range. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub were appreciated, as well. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate.

This hotel was really a nice place to stay with the kids. We stayed off the main parkway so that we could just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The back patio was big enough for us to sit and let the kids run in and out of the room. Just overall nice place to stay.

The room was average the bathroom was tiny but the bed was pretty comfortable. The children could not swim because both the outdoor and indoor pools were freezing. The hot breakfast was not very good the biscuits and gravy were NASTY!

Great deal for a family!

Love that the beds are separated by the bathroom area! Also like that there is a tv for both 'rooms'. Nice pool area. Good breakfast, with helpful & courteous staff!

Nice room, very clean. Loved how the 2 beds were separated by the bathroom for more privacy. Both bed areas had TVs. Great balcony overlooking the mountains. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Best biscuits of our vacation on the free breakfast buffet.

Got about what we expected.

Pros: Friendly staff Fairly clean Decent breakfast
Cons: Better wifi Time for a renovation
Location: Gatlinburg Pigeon forge
We decided last minute to take a weekend trip to Gatlinburg over Memorial Day weekend, needless to say, we had to take what we could get for reservations. The hotel staff was really very nice. The room was fairly clean but in real need of a renovation. The wifi didn't connect which drove 2 teenagers nuts-and also their parents! Breakfast was actually not too bad, well stocked and good variety. It is located in Sevierville so getting into Gatlinburg - the traffic was miserable! Next time we will book earlier and stay closer to Gatlinburg. Would agree that it's about a 2 star hotel.
