We had a 2 room "suite" on the first floorPosted Aug 12, 2014
Nice staff. Poor accommodations. Seriously needs updated. The pull out bed was so terrible that my husband would not even let the kids sleep on it. He pulled the thinnest mattress from this "bed" and slept on the floor. The back door would hardly lock. The front door had possible apparent damage to someone trying to bust the door in.

Looks nice onlinePosted Aug 7, 2014
The room looked like it had not been dusted in years. The paint was chipping off the walls. There were spider webs all in the bathroom, the curtain rod looked like it was hanging on for dear life. There were dead bugs near the outlets. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice but the room was just horrible.

Great place to stay.Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Staff, room cleanliness, indoor pool and hot tub.
Location: Smoky Mountain Knife works is only about 4 minutes away. Lots of resturants nearby.
This was not our first stay and will not be the last when visiting the area. Room was clean as it always is. we love the fact that the two beds are seperated bu the bathroom and dressing area. Cant beat the continental breakfast. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great location if you dont want to stay in town near all the traffic jams.

A shiort drive to all the attractions.Posted Jul 4, 2014
It was a pleasant experience. I would stay there again.. The staff was especially friendly and accomodating. We had a clogged toilet and the gentleman on duty came right up and cleared it. He apologized for taking so long, but I thought he was very prompt, considering that it was late at night. The pool and the breakfast area were clean and pleasant. The food was acceptable.

Very good overall.Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Large rooms and very clean.
Cons: Air conditioners turn on and off throughout the night, which made it difficult to remain asleep.
Location: Good clocation - close enough to Pigeon Forge to reach the fun in a few minutes.
The service at the front desk was very good. The old air conditioners turned on and off throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Beds were not too hard, amenities were clean, and the rooms were a very nice size, which was an added bonus for the price range. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub were appreciated, as well. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate.

This hotel was really a nice place to stay with the kids. We stayed off the main parkway so that we could just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The back patio was big enough for us to sit and let the kids run in and out of the room. Just overall nice place to stay.
