Pros: It's location to local attractions
Cons: Posting areas adjacent to Non-smoking rooms as also non-smoking and enforcing this posting.
Location: Great
The only problem with the stay was, the hotel allowed smoking areas just outside the door of the non-smoking rooms. The air conditioning units for the rooms picked up the smoke odors and blew it into the rooms. When staff was questioned about this condition. They Claimed local law prohibited posting areas of non-smoking out side of the non-smoking rooms. Otherwise staff and hotel was nice.

We do not allow smoking inside any of our rooms so our guests do use the sitting areas outside the rooms. Nice oversized Room!

Cons: The parking lot needs to clean it is very dirty.
Location: This hotel is very close to Dollywood.
The hotel overbook the days we were there. They upgraded us to a suite with a in room hot tub. The king size bed was very comfortable. This was a older room but was clean. The maid was very Friendly. They did offer a breakfast but no hot eggs but lot of breakfast options. There are other places Nearby to eat. There were tables and chairs outside our room which did get very noisy at night.

Good for the money

Pros: The staff and customer service
Cons: quiet time after 10pm should be enforced at the tables outside the rooms
Location: Lots of stores to shop and plenty of places to eat
All of the staff were very nice. It seemed to be a little bit older than other hotels we've stayed in but the rooms were very clean. The rooms were a tad bit smaller than expected too. They have plastic tables and chairs ouside every 4 or 5 rooms which was nice, but I really think at night they should enforce the quiet time suggestion that they post in the info book in the room. That is supposed to be 10pm-10am. We had people talking loud at 11pm right outside our room 2 nights in a row. But other than that it was a nice stay. You're pretty close to everything in town also, so that was a plus. It was worth it for the money

Nice clean hotel conveniently located on the strip

Affordable, Clean comfortable hotel. Internet has excellent connectivity although not the fastest. Breakfast area is good with waffles, bagels , hot biscuits with gravy and more. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are basic but good. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Courteous front desk people

Pros: Very close to attractions.
Cons: Breakfast food selection
Location: It's close to ALL Pigeon Forger attractions.
Front desk people are very friendly and very helpful. Location is great and very close to all attractions including best restaurants in the area. Room is nice for the price. HOWEVER, Sound proofing is not so good and we can hear outside noises -kids running, people talking, etc, Free breakfast has very few selections- no omelet, no sausage..

Cons: The ramp to get to your room. An elevator or escalation steps need to be installed.
Location: Great, everything was close by
The hotel was conveniently located. It was clean with all the amenities needed & the staff was very professional.
