“Gatlinburg 2011”

We were overall satisfied with our stay at the Regan Resort. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The king room had some new renovations as far as the bathroom and new carpet. The bed was not as comfy as would have liked but I sleep on a pillowtop mattress at home. Was convenient to all walking locations. Provided covered parking so we never had to drive anywhere. For what we pad per night it was definately worth it. I have stayed in alot worse. I would definately stay here again!

“great hotel for a weekend getaway”

The room was wonderful. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was great and allowed us to walk anywhere we wanted to visit in Gatlinburg. We will definitely be staying here for any future trips.

“Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Great Value”

This was one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in and the staff could not have been friendlier. The decor was a bit dated, but the room looked as though it had just been painted. The carpet looked new, as did the bathroom tile and tub/shower. The fridge was bigger than most motels provide; the microwave was new. The TV had a 27" screen and we also had wifi. The motel is convenient to lots of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Unfortunately, the "view" from our balcony was of the motel next door and the tram going up and down the mountain, but overall this motel is a great value and we will probably stay there again.

This hotel is great for the money that we paid. Not luxury, but a nice room for a weekend away.

“Good bridge stay”

very basic but clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were new but some of the plugs and curtains in the room needed maintenance. Good value for the money and a good location. breakfast disappointing

“Spring Break”

I was visting for Spring break my husband and I the only thing that I did not like was that the floors in the hallways were sticky and needed some attention and the bathtub drain was not good. I reported it and they came in matter of time too fix it , but the problem still wasn't fixed the tub filled up with water while taking a shower so was not pleased with that.

“good for a weekend get-away”

Hotel sits back off the main road so we weren't able to see the main road from our room. The room was comfortable, not fancy, but clean and adequate. Safe did not work.
