“Gatlinburg 2011”

We were overall satisfied with our stay at the Regan Resort. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The king room had some new renovations as far as the bathroom and new carpet. The bed was not as comfy as would have liked but I sleep on a pillowtop mattress at home. Was convenient to all walking locations. Provided covered parking so we never had to drive anywhere. For what we pad per night it was definately worth it. I have stayed in alot worse. I would definately stay here again!

Right in the midlle of the strip. Nice place.

“Good Location for downtown walking”

Perfect if your only looking for a place to sleep however if your planning to spend a lot of time at the hotel I would recommend looking at another hotel with more indoor activity such as an indoor pool ect.

“not impressed”

When checking in, the clerk was "business like" instead of courteous.The mattress on the bed was not comfortable, and we "gravated" to the center each night of sleep. We had no coffee condiments in the room i.e. creamer/sugar or stir sticks. There was no working ice machine on our floor and had to go to the floor below for ice. Luckily, we brought our own shampoo and conditioner as the hotel did not provide that either. We considered checking out the first day and finding another room at another hotel, but instead cut our trip short. I could not recommend this hotel to others, and will certainly not use this hotel again on trips to that city.

“Dirty and Smelly!”

I chose this hotel because it had ok reviews, but was in a great location. I was beyond disappointed. First, there was little parking. The spaces were very tight and all large vehicles took up two spaces. We saw other guests not have a place. Second, the hotel was just filthy. The floors always had dirt and trash and the lobby on our floor had trash all over the tables and couches. In two days I never saw the trash picked up. Then there was the smell. The halls smelled just like a combination of a nursing home and sewage. Then there was the rooms. I can look past outdated, but dirty is another thing. There was trash under the bed, who knows how long it has been there. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. They were so bouncy it felt like sleeping on a trampoline. We actually thought about finding another hotel, but due to a large convention, there were none close. I would think long and hard before staying at this hotel.
