Really enjoyed our stay it was wonderful the staff was great the room was clean and more than expected they will see us again

I had booked this hotel for one night and then at the last minute i decided to go a day early i booked for one more night but because i hd wait so late i had to take different rooms for each night, which was my fault, but when i arrived there the lady at the front desk,(Stacy) was so helpful and very friendly she got in the same room for the 2 nights stay. Everyonethere was so friendly and went out of their way to help you, the rooms was very clean and in good shape, no surprises.Thank you all in Pigeon Forge,Tn @ Red Roof and i will defintely see you agin soon.
“Very good experience/price/quality”
We went there at our honey moon... we think everything was good... the location is excellent... the price very affordable... but my wife didn't like the bed... too soft... and the breakfast was poor... everything else was great... if you looking for something that you don't need to spend a lot, that is the place...

Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. The location is awesome! Easy to get to and leave from, no matter what time of day it is. Slightly off the road so you don't hear all the traffic-there are places to eat and shop, and even a movie theater within walking distance, and a grocery store within a mile. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. The only not so good things were that when I checked in there were no carts for me to be able to take our things to our room-So we had to make multiple trips with a small child which was very inconvenient. And there is only one small elevator for the entire hotel, and it was super slow.

“Best Kept Secret In Pigeon Forge”
My wife and I visit the area every year. We have tried many different hotels in the area and by far, for the price and location, Red Roof is the best! Since there are just two of us, we get the King Room which has a sofa and table with chairs, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with it. It is not a 5 star, but if you want a decent place to stay to relax it is great!

Had a wonderful time, saw seveeral shows, hotel was in a very good location, clean, friendy nice room...slow elevator only thing lacking.

i think that they expect that you need somewhere to stay, hospitality was poor, the heat in the room was not working when we arrived, front desk not very friendly or helpful
