“Great stay in the Smokies”

When I walked in the front door I was surprised at how nice this hotel was seeing as I got a room for so cheap! The front desk was Super nice and helpful as was everyone in the hotel. Everything was nice and clean. The location is also a Huge bonus as it was right next to our favorite eating place, Smoky Mountain Brewery. Plus shopping and activities right in this hotels back yard. It did not sit right on the main road but off just a bit so No traffic noise. Over all pretty perfect for a Amazing price. I would stay here again and I do recommend it. Thank you Expedia for the great deal and thank you red roof for such a welcoming stay!

THe hotel itself was very nice and accommodating. My only complaint is the continental breakfast was lacking.

“Better Than Expected”

Booked just a couple of days prior to arrival, reasonable cost and better than I really expected. Only improvements I would recommend is better selections for free breakfast and a faster elevator. Friendly staff, clean, pool area very nice for families. great location

I had booked this hotel for one night and then at the last minute i decided to go a day early i booked for one more night but because i hd wait so late i had to take different rooms for each night, which was my fault, but when i arrived there the lady at the front desk,(Stacy) was so helpful and very friendly she got in the same room for the 2 nights stay. Everyonethere was so friendly and went out of their way to help you, the rooms was very clean and in good shape, no surprises.Thank you all in Pigeon Forge,Tn @ Red Roof and i will defintely see you agin soon.

“Best Kept Secret In Pigeon Forge”

My wife and I visit the area every year. We have tried many different hotels in the area and by far, for the price and location, Red Roof is the best! Since there are just two of us, we get the King Room which has a sofa and table with chairs, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with it. It is not a 5 star, but if you want a decent place to stay to relax it is great!

Second floor noisy from ice machine below it and doors slamming shut. Hot tub was wonderful. Staff very attentive and informative. Would definitely stay again

“Good time”

Room was very clean! The staff and service was great...room was very comfortable. As far as the condition of the hotel and upkeep: The ice machine on our floor was inoperable, and I would have really enjoyed a flat-screen TV versus the older tube-style that was in the room. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool!
