“Red Roof Inn is Definitely A Great Choice”

we were very pleased with the hotel and this would be one that we would stay at again. we love to travel and it good to be able to stay in a place where you feel like the company wants you there. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. My also liked the breakfast the following morning. It was very unexpected. This is a definite plus in my book.

Very nice place to stay.Good price and you cannot hear the traffic.I stood on the balcony in the early morn drinking my coffee and listening to the ducks on the river.Will go back every chance i get. Nice fireplace in my room and beautiful pool

I booked a room through expedia.com a few nights before the actual vacation. I booked 1 room with a King-sized bed, because that's all my girlfriend and I needed. When I got to the hotel, they gave me the room key to a 2 Queen-sized bed room. I went to the reception desk and politely told her my situation. Luckily for me, the manager (I assume she was the manager) came over while the receptionist was looking for my reservation and said in a very nice manner, "Just give them this room.". The room they gave us was VERY nice. It was one of the themed suites at the hotel. It was furnished with a King-sized bed, a flatscreen tv, and a jacuzzi tub. I thanked her many times and asked if we were to be charged extra. Her response was a smile and a shake of the head. I asked her if she was sure and she replied that I was very polite about it, so it was no problem at all. Not only that, but the hotel itself was VERY nice. I will definitely keep it in mind for the next trip! 5/5 stars!!!

“Pleasantly surprise!!”

Booking a hotel online, sight unseen, is always risky. We needed one night before a week long stay in a cabin, during Memorial Day weekend. Most hotels would only take a 2-3 day minimum stay. Wildwood had decent reviews, but we were still wondering what we would find on arrival. The staff was friendly and prompt. We had not requested a rool-a-way, but got one within minutes of our request. We got adjoining rooms even though we had not requested them. The rooms were HUGE! Each had a patio, one had a fireplace. It is not the most "up to date" decor, but clean and comfortable. The weekedn continental breakfast was vey nice. Bear shaped waffles! Kids enjoyed the pool. The location is fine, but it would be a long walk to the main businesson along the strip of Gatlinburg. I would happiy recommend WIldwood to others.

“Comfortable and a Great Value”

We had a great time staying at the Wildwood Inn. It was clean and comfortable. It was a little older, but not in disrepair. The view was great and I would definitely reccomend the standalone king suite. For the money, it was a great stay.

This hotel was easy to reach from the highway and easy to find. The staff went out of their way to be friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
