Great location, great breakfast, spacious room, quiet area and beautiful sights! I only wished they would pick up the trash around the hotel grounds. I would stay again.

Plumbing burst and water was cut-off. Call the front desk and no one answer for 30 minutes or more. When I maded contact, the office state it would be cutoff for several hours. Water was off from 7:30pm untill 11:30pm, we were unable to use the restroom or bathe. Owner of the property stated if a discount is given you must leave his property. At check out, owner refuse to give a detail bill of the charges and any discount. Beware, owner is not customer friendly to accommendation for custumers inconvenience while at his property.

From the arrival the elevator was unreliable and the rooms were clean but dirty if that makes sense. The bathroom wasn't updated the water ran brown. I never felt clean after showering, the beds were uncomfortable the people next door smoked the entire time. Our keys had to constantly be reset as they didn't work consistently. They served the same thing every day for breakfast. The toilet seat was broken. I would not recommend at all! Thankfully we didn't see any bugs. Thats the positive.

We got a room with a jacuzzi. It was very dirty, they cleaned it while we went downtown but we came back and could not get back in the room. We had to go back to the front desk 3 times (we were on the 5th floor so that was inconvenient). Finally got back in the room and the jacuzzi had been cleaned, ran the water and turned on the jets to get in and gray soap scum shot out of the jets. I took pictures and notified the front desk and they had NO intentions of righting what had happened. It was also extremely loud all night (could hear other guests constantly). Do not waist your time/money.

They had a nice dog place for dogs to go and do their business. Also, the breakfast was very good with lots to choose from! Loved sitting on my Balcony and enjoyed the coaster across the street! I really enjoyed my stay and the room was very clean! Thanks for keeping a clean and outstanding motel!

The hotel room was clean enough, but dated. The hallway outside room was not indoors and it was dated and needs to be painted. You enter rooms from outside.stafg was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot, organized and had a good variety of breakfast foods. The hotel room did have a nice balcony with a nice view of the mountain coaster. Very convenient location to downtown Gatlinburg. You can walk or take the trolley, which is just down the hotel parking lot driveway and about one block away. That saves alot on parking.

It definitely is not a fancy hotel everything was very basic but extremely convenient to walk where you want to go in Gatlinburg its close to all the shops and restaurants in town it was clean and quiet as well

We picked a room with a fireplace and it barely worked. We called the front desk 2 different nights to take a look, the first night they said there was nobody available to look. The second night supposedly a maintenance man was sent and he never knocked on our door because the do not disturb was on the door, however if you were asked to come, why wouldn’t you knock on the door? Sounds like an excuse to me. The elevator broke down twice during our stay and we were on the 7th floor. The morning we checked out it was 9 degrees and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs, which is pretty much outdoors. All the front desk said is that there was nothing they could do or help with that situation.

Floor was dirty upon arrival. Part of the laminate on the floor was missing and created a potential injury incident if stepped on with bare feet. Molding was chipped and desperately needed painting. Wall in bathroom was peeling paint. The elevator broke down 2 out of 3 days. Maid service shorted up towels, no refills on amenities, and stranded us with no toilet tissue. Telling the desk clerk about issues was like talking to the wall. No apology, no genuine interest in the issue- blamed it on absent management and not knowing who to call. Told us to come get the toilet tissue ourselves. Stayed there twice and wasn’t satisfied either time. I’m done with this place.

Property is outdated. Also front desk is not very helpful. I had dirty sheets and bathroom. I had hair all over them. When i brought it to front desk attention they didnt even have 2 sets of sheets for me to change them myself. I asked to speak to the manager and he was nowhere to be found. The lady at the FD told me that he will call me to discuss the issue and yey nobody has called.

If i could give this place a Zero i would. terrible stay, when we walked into the room the floor was extremely dirty and we even found a toe nail next to our bed. we complained everyday to the office and they never did anything about this. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

Okay for an evening.
I was honestly not surprised on the condition of this hotel. The pictures were a little deceiving. Checking in was good. Getting to our room was confusing. He told us to take the elevator to the second floor but once in the elevator the 2nd floor button had tape over it saying do not use so we took the stairs. The room was spacious but who ever remodeled it did it poorly. We were able to get a good night sleep but I'm thankful it was for only one evening.

The room was easily accessible and was able to walk right to the door from the parking lot in a short distance. Room was updated and very clean. Breakfast was full spread and hot. Only drawback was it sits off the road. Not a long way but it is not on the main strip and is a small walk to main attractions and restaurants.

Only problem that I had is that we were put on the second floor and was not told at the desk that the elevator button to the second floor did not work and the only way to get it to stop at the second floor is to either go up or down after somebody had pressed the button to get onto the elevator from the second floor it made it a little difficult when had several bags of luggage to get to the room and they had a bottle top covering the button for the second floor saying that it did not work or do not touch
