Great location

Posted Oct 21, 2014
We travel to the area every year and have stayed here many times. The hotel has changed names and little bit of upgrades. Hotel is close to many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was great. Hotel had breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, donuts and others every morning, it was good. The hotel has karoke nights Thursday, Friday and Saturday on the 2nd floor which means alot of foot traffic and noise passing the rooms, our room was by the walk ramps, to go that. Parking lot does get full but seems to be enough. Would stay again just would not want to be near the karoke traffic.

Red roof pigeon forge

Great location in the center of pigeon forge. Standard room, nothing fancy but clean. Odd that there were absolutely no electrical outlets in the bathroom.

Close to things we needed to go to.

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Cons: The conditions in the bathrooms such as the caulking around the tub. Needs another outlet for hairdryers & such.
Location: All was fine in this area
It was nice that they let us check in a little early. We needed to be on the ground floor and we did not get that. There WAS an elevator but everyone else was parked in front of the area to get to it. Otherwise, it was okay.

We had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and having a fridge and microwave made it very convenient! The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great, not too crazy about the instant coffee LOL, but over all a great stay.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Cons: No lid on toilet, toilet paper too far away, no stopper in sink/tub, shower curtain would not stay closed, no clock, dirty couch, barking dogs.
Location: Location was fine for walking to stores/restaurants and some events.
Visited Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for 2 days. So much to do. Enjoyed the area very much. The Apple Barn and the Old Mill are our favorite places to eat. Loved the Christmas store. Enjoyed the country singers, C Brown Hurricane, in Gatlinburg. Everyone in Tennessee are so friendly.
