It was a good price and I have nothing to complain about. However I am glad I had quarters on hand because I was not aware the laundry room required quarters to be used! I thought it came with the overall price to use them!

We grabbed this room at the very last minute as a quick place to crash on a long drive across the country one night. Needed a room that would accommodate five on a very tight budget; this fit the bill with a pullout couch in addition to two queen beds. The room appeared clean on our arrival, however, the bathroom smelled horribly of mildew (from the shower curtain presumably), and the mattress cover on the pullout as well as the extra blanket provided had minor stains. The pullout also had extremely squeaky bed springs. That being said, the night desk clerk was wonderful as was the day desk clerk who graciously took my call to let the incoming night clerk know we would be arriving extremely late. The room did come with a voucher for a free pancake breakfast next door, but we opted out when we saw the crowd at the front door waiting to be seated/served just 30 minutes before the voucher expired. All in all, the room was adequate for our needs, we were comfortable staying there the one night, and we got what we paid for.

Pictures showed a coffee table I thought would be great for having an extra work surface - there wasn't one. I did like the high speed wifi, which would have been great if there had been enough space to use it. The large screen TV was smaller than my one in my bedroom at home and half the channels did not work - oddly, the ones we prefer like MSNBC. The shower was more like a sprinkle. And all the rules were just a little much - kind of made me feel the place wants my money but not my business.

In this area, you cannot beat the price. However, it is not one of the "resort" hotels. It is a little bit older. We were just needing one night for a tournament in the area. So, for MY needs, it fit the bill.

The hotel is NOT pet friendly. They expect your pet to be in kennel. I was told if the cleaning staff finds pet hair, I wouldn’t get my deposit of $105 back. I refuse to leave my pet in a kennel for my stay anywhere. Now I’m out the money reserved for 2 rooms.

This place is in the perfect location. The free breakfast is only a daily breakfast voucher to reagons pancakes next door for a stack of pancakes and a drink for each day you stay so I was disappointed in that only because I’m not a big fan of pancakes. Other than that I was definitely worth the money I spend. There was clean towels and clean floors.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once and never had a problem until this time I was there. I don’t like maids coming into my room because I have had stuff stolen before so my husband goes to ask for a don’t disturb sign and the front desk lady comes out to see what room we are going to which is strange but then all of sudden why were are gone the sign was removed and a maid went in the room and now my daughters AirPods are missing when she left them on the bed before we left then they accused me and my husband of smoking cigarettes in the room and we don’t even smoke cigarettes so I said something about it and the front desk lady tried to say the room next to us was redone but it wasn’t it was open for someone to stay in and it was someone in the other room on the other side but automatically said it was us then the next day I go to ask for another do not disturb sign and this time I get a call saying we was smoking marijuana in the room and once again we don’t smoke marijuana either so now we have to leave according to them I believe we were racially profile because why is that when you can’t get us on cigarettes it’s now weed and we have to go we offer for them to come smell the room check the room and they refused they just wanted us gone I will never stay here again I don’t advice people to stay here either it was a really uncomfortable feeling the whole time because the lady at the front desk also kept watching us for whatever reason she had we will never stay again

The location is great. You can almost walk to anywhere you want to go. The hotel in general is average at best. It is a generic place to stay. The walls are thin, so we could hear every noise outside, and dumpsters are emptied early. I am not unhappy with the hotel, as you get what you pay for, although....I feel that this is a $89 room not a $200 room. The room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator and all the basics to get through your stay. The bed was clean, yet uncomfortable. The TV...straight static. The channels were so blurry and went in and out of service. We wanted to relax and wind down and just binge some tv and could not do so. The hotel advertised a free breakfast and shows a breakfast area in the photos, but that is not available, but they do give you a voucher for the pancake house next door for every morning of your stay to compensate the breakfast advertisement. The ladies at the desk were polite and explained all the details of the stay. I love that this place is pet friendly, even though I didn't bring my pets, I enjoyed seeing all the families that travel with their pets. There is a deposit required, and so far I have not received my deposit back, which was one of the issues I read with the reviews on this hotel.
