Older hotel, but VERY clean and nice and excellent location.

This motel was a good buy and you could walk everywhere in Gatlinburg from the motel.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is convenient to all restaurants and attractions. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Thios is an older motel that has been kept up. New carpet, newer entertainment center, comfortable bed. This hotel has been kept up well.

The King room with fireplace was very nice. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The only complaint I have was the shower. It was either scalding hot or cold. For the money it was a nice room. Don't look for the Ritz, just a clean room and it was fine. The fireplace came in real handy-we had snow-and it was perfect.

Like most rooms in this area, these are aged but not worn down. It's a very adequate place to stay. We got one of the family rooms, and were very pleased with its spaciousness. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and in order, except a couple of burned-out light bulbs. The gas fireplace worked fine, and the kitchen was great to have for our 2 days. It was a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We will be staying here again.

“Good hotel for the money”

We have stayed here several times. It's an old hotel but well taken care of. Had a problem with a/c but it was quickly resolved as soon as staff notified. Will probably stay here again. Pool was clean and well maintained.

Gatlinburg has a lot to offer, this is a wonderfull place to see it from. Centerally located, clean, friendly; all you could ask for.

Very nice hotel for the price! The room was clean and updated. The outside needs some updating and little work done. Overall will stay again!
