“What A View!”

We changed our room to one with a view.WOW. The desk person was very accomadating. Had a wonderful stay.

“We would stay again.”

This was the first time staying here. The checkin was okay. They didn't have our reservation as paid in full, but luckily I had made a copy of my receipt from Expedia, gave it to them and that was it- no problem. Stay was great. You need to take supplies with you, except soap. You get on washing detergent and one dishwasher detergent, but no paper towels for the kitchen. It sits a block behind the main parkway, so no parkway noise. We had a 3 bedroom on the ground floor. My mom had a truck come in at midnight each night we were there and park outside her window, but other than that we had no other noise. We were in building 2, thought we had reserved a room in building 1, but not a big deal, just wish we had been on a higher floor. It did make unloading and loading the van extremely easy. Staff very nice and helpful. Will consider staying there again when my parents and aunt go with us again.

“Cant wait to go back”

The room was just like the pictures. It was very clean, had extra sheets for the pull out bed, nice, clean fridge with ice maker, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. We were really impressed with our choice to stay there for our 21st anniversary, cant wait to go back again.

“pretty nice place.”

i stayed here for my honeymoon. really liked the huge jaccuzi tub rite beside the bed. room was very large, plenty of space. overall pretty good place to stay.

“CLEANIEST PLACE TO STAY IN PIGEON FORGE”

We have stayed in many places over the years in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN and this was by far the cleaniest and nicest looking one by far.

“Good Place to Stay”

We had a problem with water from next door and the staff relocated us and upgraded the room. The hotel is great and our stay was fun

“Not impressed... Not again.”

Condo request stated 6 people. Had King size bed, regular standard bed, and a pull out couch bed. No sheets were provided for the pull out. Rooms were not clean. Large clumps of Hair was found in sheets of the king bed. Carpets were not clean and kitchen area floor was not clean. Bees were swarming around the balcony due to full trash cans located beside the pool area which was 2 floors below. We will not be returning to this establishment.

“Never Again”

When we opened the door of the room, I immediately noticed a stale odor which I decided was the smell of oldness. We had some things that need to be refrigerated so we put them in the refrigerator. The refrigerator was sitting on some type of box that did not have a lid which caused the refrigerator to lean. The refrigerator and TV were the nicest things in the room. When we entered the room, the air conditioner was off. It was getting warm so we turned it on. Later I decided to turn it off and found that the knob turned in a continuous circle. We could not turn it off so it stayed on the entire time we were there. I dropped something behind the night table between the beds. What I saw behind the table was disgusting! While sitting on the edge of the bed, I just happened to look up. Directly above the night table was a hole about the size of a dime that someone had stuffed a piece of tissue into. There was also a hole above the shower head in the bathroom. I have seen too many shows about people who have placed cameras in peep holes. Needless to say, I was very paranoid. We had reserved the room for 3 nights. We got very little sleep the first night. Before the night was over, we decided that we would be leaving this hotel the next day. We found another hotel that was just as reasonably priced, very clean and well taken care of, which is where we stayed for the 2 remaining nights. Lesson Learned: Ask to see the hotel room before making a decision to stay there!
