Pros: Close to strip
Cons: parking
Rooms nicer on inside than appear from outside. Hard to get in parking spaces. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Nice location.

Pros: The room was clean, very large, and located downtown right near the aquarium.
Cons: There was not enough ice machines. We had to walk to another building and to the 4th floor. SIgns for office are confusing.
Location: The local was great, right next to the aquarium and other attractions.
We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon before the fourth. We arrived early before check in. The staff allowed us to park our vehicle but said the rooms were not ready, check in was at four. No problems, we were 3 hours early..

Close to downtown Gatlinburg

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: close to the convention center where we were going
Cons: odor in room needs to be dealt with
Location: It was within walking distance to the parkway at Gatlinburg
Room had an odor- room seemed to be clean. The parking was not real accessible due to motel being on a mountainside

Overnight for shopping

Posted Jul 4, 2014
We stop in Gatlinburg every year or so just to enjoy the atmosphere and do some shopping. We usually pick a different hotel each time. Like most of the hotels in Gatlinburg, this one is getting on in years and there is only so much updating you can do. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious. (King room) The balcony was cool and I wish we had made our trip in the fall for this hotel, so we could have enjoyed it more. (Hot in July). We like to walk in the evening, and this hotel's parking lot gave us some exercise. Overall, perfect if you use it like we do, for sleeping and showering.

Ok hotel for the price. The room was big but a bit outdated. Nicely located to everything.

Room not as pictured. No couch or chair in room, I asked for one and was told the kitchen table chairs were all they had. I booked expecting a couch or chair as pictured for my disabled wife. SInce none was available, I did not stay there and lost my $400 prepay! Very disappointed.

Clean, older hotel, convenient location.

The lobby, check in and river areas are very pretty and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the check in was efficient. The hotel is very easy to get to and within walking distance to everything. The evening views of the mountains from our deck were beautiful. I would imagine the other buildings had even prettier views. Our room was as expected; dated and in need of an upgrade. But clean, comfortable and larger than most hotel rooms. We would stay there again.
