The condo was clean , and had plenty of room it had everything needed. The only complaint is that the price of reservation was different on arrival because of an upgrade. Was not asked or notified until we arrived. That being said the price is very reasonable for the area and amenities

First time staying at the Riverstone and all I can say is this is by far the best place in Pigeon Forge we’ve have stayed at. You couldn’t ask for anything better. Great service, clean and spacious rooms, heated pool area. I would give this place a 5 star rating. If you haven’t stayed at Riverstone, try it and I promise you will not be disappointed. We will be back!

Riverstone was a very pleasant place to stay because it was very clean and felt like home. I loved how the gym and pool facilities were 24/7. We arrived late and were still able to enjoy the pool. I will definitely be staying at RiverStone again!

We’ve stayed in multiple properties in pigeon forge but this facility so far is our favorite. Initially we do not prefer facilities with outside entrances but the amount of openings available for guests to enter and exit makes it all better. The rooms are comfortable and furnished very well. The fireplace and pool certainly makes the stay better as well. We will be back.

Beautiful place to stay right in the heart of pigeon forge, close to gatlinburg, quiet location and beautiful views. Booked here in a pinch when our cabin didn’t workout for a weekend getaway and it was affordable, clean and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!

This place is amazing! We had a view of the mountains and lazy river. 24 hour pool is very nice. Our condo was very clean and so pretty. It was a nice surprise to find this place. The only issue I wish the resort would fix is the price we booked with Expedia wasn’t the price they tried to charge us (only 8$ more at resort). But it shouldn’t be a discrepancy. The resort did refund us the 8$ but for other guests I think it should be noted on check in. People who stay a week that’s 4$ each day and it adds up.

The property was very clean and in such a great area. Close to everything you need. Very convenient to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. Very quiet couldn’t hear any other unit noises. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly

Choose your facility for a few reasons but it came down to the lazy river and 24 hour pool. We arrived into town late and left earily. Appreciated being able to at least take my kids to the pool after dinner.

Riverstone was amazing. The best part about it is this inflated bounce pillow they had. The unit and facilities were super clean and had everything we needed. I had originally thought they had overcharged me quite a bit. It turned out their invoice is a bit odd. They include taxes in the daily rates and line items and then at the end list the tax again even though it was added in already. I double checked my credit card and it looks like I was charged a few dollars more than I was expecting but not the large amount I had originally thought.

Very nice stay. My only concern is the possible future injuries at the indoor pool. When the tile floor around the pool is wet, which would be quite often, it is extremely slippery. My daughter was walking on it slipped and fell on her back and hit her head. Luckily she had her hair in a ponytail so her head did not hit the floor hard. The next day my nephew slipped and fell in a similar way. Luckily they were both fine.

Our room was infested with cockroaches. We had to be moved to a whole new building. It was uncomfortable knowing no matter how much we kept our things zipped up and off the floor we could easily still have some make it into our luggage. I will not be staying here again. Due to the nature of actual residents living in neighboring rooms, there is no way of getting the infestation under control. Would not recommend staying here. The staff was very kind over a circumstance they did not have control over and did move us to a new building.
