Beautiful Condo located right on the golf course

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Location, comfort, look and feel.
Cons: Lazy River was not open until May 1st, website did not reflect this at booking. I would add recycle bins to the rooms.
Location: Horseback riding, go carts, shopping, entertainment, ziplining and indoor skydiving!
The condo far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our large family. We had a beautiful view of the 7th fairway and were located directly across from the pool. The location is close to all attractions, shopping and entertainment. The pool being open 24 hours is a huge plus! After a long drive in, most hotels are shutting down the pool as guests are checking in - not here! The workout facilities were clean, spacious and in good working condition. The kids loved the game room. We booked Gatlinberg/Pigeon Forge as a last minute kind of trip - we were so happy we did. This location is beautiful and has so much for the family to do!

Enjoyed!

Pros: Appearance of grounds, buildings, and the condo itself.
Cons: Separate hot tub for adults only.
Location: Dollywood, Pigeon Forge tourist attractions, Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg
The condo was great. We were glad that it was not on the main drag through Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountains for hiking, and any other activity you wanted to do. The kids enjoyed the pool. The condo was well equipped for the most part. Would be nice to have serving bowls when eating in.

Much better than we expected

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Great location in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Tons of things to do with a nice indoor pool and covered parking. Handy elevators.
Cons: It was excellent.
Location: The condo was close to everything. There is so much to do that a week is not a lot of time.
The condo was beautiful and spacious. Our only issue was that the dishwasher did not work, but honestly we did not do any cooking while we were there.

Family space

Posted Apr 1, 2014
Location: Hotel is very close to everything in Pigeon Forge but secluded enough to be quiet.
Had to change plans and stay for only one night. Had a unit with 2 bedrooms. Very spacious and well appointed. Loved the screened in porch but was too cool to enjoy in March. Love the large bathrooms. Extremely clean. Had to figure out how to hook up the DVD player and then rehook up TV. Took a while but figured it out. Maybe instructions by the TV could be included in the rooms. Overall very nice. This was my second stay at Riverstone.

Beautiful accomodations. Wonderful spa.

Pros: The rooms are in great condition. Full kitchen, with most of everything you need. Washer/dryer, very nice large shower, fireplace, full service spa.
Cons: Description of view when booking. Snackbar/mini store on facillity
Location: The Mill Restaurant, about 1/2 mile away was excellent! 15-20 minute drive to Gatlinburg, give or take traffic on the main route.
Our reservations were for a 1 bedroom and balcony view. I knew that the resort was next to a golf course so I thought we would get a "golf course view". We were given a ground floor room, with a nice view of the parking lot. (building 4) It appeared that if your reservation places you in buildings 1,2 or 3, your chances are better for a nicer view. The indoor pool and hot tubs seem nice but that area was constantly crowded since the lazy river is closed until May. Riverstone seems like a great destination for families, especially with so many activities in Pigeon Forge close by. We played the Gatlinburg golfcourse, located right next to the resort, and it was great. Beautiful greens, in great condition and somewhat challenging. We would most likely return in the Fall.

Great comfort! Beautiful. Peaceful!

Pros: Rooms were spacious, modern, cozy, quiet and romantic. Pool was warm and clean and open 24 hours. Employees were great as well.
Cons: All was perfect.
Location: Too many to list, as far as things to do. Location was in center of Pigeon Forge, but not directly on the main road. That made it nice!
Quiet comfortable rooms. Very cozy and romantic. Also good for family if needed. Pool was comfortable and clean. Pool rooms were great. Weight room looked nice, game room was fun. All the comforts of home and more!

Pleasant

Resort was wonderful. One bedroom did not have a tub at all, rather a 2 person shower. Fireplace does not work during spring even though it got cold at night. Resort was very clean and a well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful Experience

I have a little OCD so when it comes to clean I was satisfied with my condo. The staff was awesome and courteous.
