“amazing”

The room was very clean and the veiw from the belcony was amazing. Every morning we would walk around to the days inn for breakfast and get a breath taking experience we would stand at the bridge and watch the ducks play, its so beautiful. I would definitly recomend this hotel to anyone who would appreciate the beauty of it. Its in a great location for walking.

“Loved this place”

We had a great room on the third floor overlooking Little Pigeon River. We stayed an entire week. The hotel is a few blocks from all of the hussle and bussle of downtown Gatlinburg but there is a trolly stop right in front of the hotel. The river right below our balcony was very relaxing and my children loved feeding the ground hog every morning that popped up out of a hole near the river bank. The room was clean, the a/c worked well and we did not hear any loud noises. The breakfast was bagels, doughnuts, coffee, juice, cereal, milk and coffee. We had a great time.

“Good Place to Stay”

Gatlinburg can get expensive and this is one of the lesser priced ones. It's a bit outside of the main strip, but readily accessible via the trolley system or car. Covered parking was a plus; nice pool and hot tub. Satisfactory free breakfast, too. Many restaurants within walking distance.

“Very Nice Place For The Money”

It was actually better than I expected. The room was clean and fresh, right on the waters edge for the balcony, assigned parking with the spot right outside the door. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and for the price, you couldnt ask for more. Although the breakfast was a short walk away at a different hotel. No problems... I will be back.

“Fantastic”

The staff was extremely nice and helpful with local attractions. The room - entrance is off the street and you would expect road noise, but there was none. Balcony is large - easily seats 4 people - overlooking the river. Your view across the river is a hill with trees - no neighbors. River drowns out any street noise in the back (except the occasional Harley) and we felt like you were in the woods. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. Sink in both the bathroom and vanity area. For those taller people, the shower head is high so don't have to stoop. All amenities - micro, fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer. Continental breakfast was ok but had to walk about 1 1/2 blocks to their other hotel. We highly recommend staying here.

“Will stay here again.”

Far enough away from the middle of town to be quiet, but close enough to walk if you're so inclined. Enjoyed the stream right outside our room.

“loved the balcony on the river”

for the price this is without a doubt one of the best stays in Gatlinburg. From my balcony on the river I had a view of the river and a tree covered slope (not another balcony across the river). The Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and courtious. The only issue was there was no breakfast. Everything else more than made up for this slight.

“Very Good”

The Hotel personell was very present and was able to answer any question that was ask of them. We have been to the area many times, but this was the first time to stay at this hotel. The maid service was very good and they did a good job of taking care of the rooms. When we come back down, we are going to keep this hotel on our list of places to stay.
