“River view”

This hotel has a cool indoor pool with a manmade waterfall that comes down into it. There is also an outdoor pool, and a hot tub as well. The location is up on top of the hill, about three quarters of a mile from the main strip. So if you aren't much for walking, a whole day of walking downtown, then walking back uphill to the hotel, is exhausting. We loved it! Tip - Get a river side room, it's great to hear the rocky river sounds while you sleep.

“More than I had expected.”

The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous, as well as, very professional. The suite which we stayed was very well maintained and was so much larger than I had thought it to be. They offered many 24 hour services (cab, food, & etc...). I loved the indoor porch atop the indoor pool. Very convenient location to the strip in Gatlinburg. Less than a mile from attractions, such as, The Hollywood Wax Museum and The Hollywood Car Museum. Near very fine resturants, such as, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and Blaines. Next time I attend Gatlinburg, I will bring my whole family to stay here.

“Great Hotel”

We were extremely happy with this hotel. They let us check in early which was nice because we were tired after our trip. The staff was very nice. The greatest part was the indoor pool & the kids loved it...we especially like the hot tub! It was a very short walk through the parking lot to get to the pool area. We had a creekside room on the first floor that was very relaxing. It is actually a half mile walk to downtown but you don't even notice it. I liked it because it gives you time to wind down on the way back to the hotel. We have stayed other places when we have been there before but we are booking at this hotel when we go back to Gatlinburg!

the hotel was very clean and had very friendly staff. i would rate this from 1 being bad to 10 being best, a 8.

“Romantic Getaway”

Hotel was great! Nice sauna, pool, and hot tub! The in room jacuzzi was fantastic and the room was a lot bigger than expected! Polite service, helpful staff, an all around great time!

“Pretty Nice”

The Lodge is pretty nice. We read all the reviews before we left. We (my girl friend and I)have never been there before. There were some bad reviews and we wasen't sure what to expect. The people were very nice and fast service. We got the king suite with the Jacuzzi.It was nice and big with some mirror's around it. The bathroom was a nice size and we had plenty of room. The shower was kinda small but most places have smaller showers. It was clean and never had any problems. We were on the first floor and never had a balconie, so if you want one you better not get the first level.Over all it was nice,clean and would love to go back again.

“A Great Weakend”

We were very pleased with our room. We were within walking distance to all area attractions. The 2nd night of our stay we also ate from the hotels restraunt they had delevery to the hotel rooms which was great with a small child that had crashed early for the evening It keep us from having to wake her up to go eat. We were very happy with the kindness at the front desk and how clean the room was I would tell anyone going that way to use this hotel and expedia for the best rates
