The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the 3rd shift. Room was more than we expected and very clean. I would definitely recommend it and would be my 1st choice when we go back. Absolutely loved it

Pros: Amazing staff! Great location. Convenient access to transportation. Nice view of the river. Cons: Our room was right next to the elevator and it was very loud, facilities were outdated, no water pressure. Overall, I would stay here again!

Staff was friendly. This is an older hotel and the courtside section is in need of an upgrade. Room we had was very small and was a pet friendly room. It smelled like wet dog. The bathroom was also very small. The staff did try to find us another room, but the one they offered only had Full sized beds vs queens. Outdoor pool was heated.

We loved the pool. There were alot of children in it but it was a family trip. It was open until 11 pm so that was great. The balcony isnt really big enough to sit on, just fyi.

Amazing property, room (so lovely), and hotel staff (friendly and inviting). I went unbeknownst the last weekend of Winterfest but you couldn't tell (noise wise) until you walked downtown. Great walking distance to town as well and everyone was friendly. Definitely will be back !! If you’re ever going to gatlinburg, this is the place to book.

What a great place to stay! Fireplace, balcony over a creek and a hot tub in the room. Off the main strip but still close to everything.

We stayed in the king suite with the jacuzzi and the fire place and it was sooooo nice. We also had a microwave and mini fridge in our room. I can not relate to some of the reviews on here our stay was amazing.

Great for the Granddaughter
This hotel was in a great location. I was just a few minutes walk from downtown Gatlinburg. It also had a great pool and hot tub. Our granddaughter was with us and wanted to play in the pool, of course. But the pool was so warm it was comfortable for all. We had a room next to the creek and enjoyed throwing food to the trout in the creek.

The hot tub in the room did not have enough hot water, you only had abt 5 minutes before it was cold. When I told the front desk, the lady said everyone on our hall was complaining abt the same thing but that we were all using it at the same time and to wait 30 minutes or so and try again. The water never would get hot again.

Everything was good. The room was clean, affordable and close to main strip of Gatlinburg which was nice. Got our steps in. Only downside is the parking, not the worst but just tight. I still would recommend to others.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly. Only complaints are there were ants in our room, the beds were very hard and the pillows were paper thin. But I love the location, and will definitely bring the Family back
